  trash. they do not keep they word and will sell you lemons. i bought a ****** cube with expensive floor mats that covered the biggest hole in the drivers side in the floor.

  I bought a 2014 dodge journey Ive had problems with his car from the day I had bought it starting with the radiator overheating melting the reservoir there was no clamps on the hosing there was a piece of wire holding the hose that attaches to the reservoir runs to the radiator also a piece of wire holding it onto the radiator the other hose going from the radiator to the engine also had copper wine attach instead of hose clamps on all of the hoses that is heated water that runs through the engine to the reservoir we have copper wiring instead of proper clamps that belong in the house Ive had an only from get-go and the reason why no I have it all laid as I climbed in a need my car to drain my radiator because I have provided 2 gallons of antifreeze which was never put in my radiator they filled it with water and kept my antifreeze now have an ***** and Ive been having normally since today I had the car its always had a raced a half a quart low every week Ive been to your shop several times for mechanics as I can find an ***** Valley Road to the home-office to report the incident all of a sudden now everything I was told about the car is all then lies so we get to lie to the consumer for ****** on a used automobile then when he does need it there is no heat in the automobile they want to charge me six grand to replace the heating elements and everything that needs to get heed to the automobile it shouldve been done before they sold a used car and $****** and these companies continue to get away with this

  Run, do not walk, away from this dealer. They are a predatory lender, seeking out those with poor credit. The interest rates are sky-high. When I purchased my vehicle, I told the guy I'd like to take the night to think about it. "Oh, really? Most people make their minds up while they're here. Let's go ahead and sign the paperwork". Unfortunately, even after taking 24 hours, I went with them. Trading that car in and getting rid of JD Byrider (they can change their name but they still are awful) was a VERY happy day in my life!

  I would say less but there is no such thing.Car has stopped on me several times and they also lied about taking it to ******************* for a recall basiclly giving me the okedoke otherwise called the run around. I would not let them put air in my tires.

  This place sold me a car within a week the radio had broke and the car was making a horrible dragging noise going up hills after having to wait two weeks just to get it in and looked at they kept saying nothing was wrong with the car and when they drove it nothing was wrong and they werent experiencing what I was only for me to get it back and on the paper it said it was work done to my car fast foward to now its making the noise again my check engine light is on and now they are telling once again I have to wait two weeks just to get it looked at. ****** is rude very unprofessional hangs up on you very very argumentative. This whole place is unprofessional the business they work for is unprofessional so it really shouldnt shock me the people they have working for them. The whole experience has been a disaster and if I can just help and save somebody from making the same mistake I would.

  I was new to the car buying experience and byrforced me to buy a car I didn't want and I paid 17 times the kbb value. I just want to give it back if I can and not be responsible for payments. I would n3ver send anyone to this dealership ever! Don't go!

  Byrider in ***********, took advantage of my exwife. She went there to buy a van and the one she wanted they wouldnt evrn talk with her about it. They instead pushed another van off on her that is a total piece of junk. It has rust undrt the paint and something is continually going wrong . Be ware when buying from the one in ***********. I guess im going to have to get a lawyer involved to see if it can be made right.

  This place is worthless. The employees are the rudest people I have ever met! I just spent 255 to get a car back that I should have never been in in the first place. My 1, 2 and 3 year old get in this car daily and their life is in danger. But Im just supposed to accept the fact that it was my mistake I got charged for a tow fee when I drove the car to them! Someone please explain how that is even acceptable. And then to top it off the service person I was being nice with after all I have been with had the nerve to call me out of my name.

  *** purchased a 2010 ***** for my daughter who credit is not to good after a month the car burned all the oil in we took it back for service they claimed they fixed it which was false a week or 2 later again no oil they finally put a used engine in it after me paying for a rental for 2 weeks **** dollars later they said it was fixed again false my daughter was on her way to work the car just quit working turned off at a traffic light and never turned back on after trying to get them to pay for a tow truck since they claimed they fixed it they said they would not be covering anything else so i was forced to leave it on the side of the road and voluntarily repo it and then they came and picked the car up please do me a favor save your money they are ripping hard working people off

  *** the service manager is a pill head liar the gm in the sales will work with you the service department are a bunch of liars had my car towed 2 times and hasnt been fixed they also had it for almost 2 weeks now
