Horrible! They claim to get you deals but if you do an independent search at the resorts website, you get the same exact price. It's all a scam. And, in order to release from the scam, you have to pay $199. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

The deals and benefits promised are non-existent. Don't fall for another rebranded and titled timeshare sales nightmare! Also note that the gifts promised are not free. My wife and I wasted two hours each of our lives to sit through the scam presentation! I don't know how the BBB is giving an A+ rating?????????Resort Condominiums International, Inc.

I echo some of these reviews. Their website never works. It is excruciatingly slow. ANd they always close on weekends for maintenance. What an inconvenient time to shut down when most folks are off on weekends and have time to browse. Their exchange fees are so expensive and why are there resort fees???? The high demand properties only release 1-2 weeks in advance. SUCH A SCAMResort Condominiums International, Inc.

Such a scam. The website is terrible to navigate, can never get through to customer service, there are never any properties available, and you just keep paying. How is this an allowed business practice? We just keep paying but get nothing in return and there seems to be no way out!Resort Condominiums International, Inc.

I got a resort certificate that I bought through the armed forces vacation club. I was told that the resort fee was $20. However, when I got here, I was charged an additional $170 in resort fees! They just keep saying theyre sorry. They wont do anything about it!Resort Condominiums International, Inc.

This reservation was booked by you online and you were provided with the information that the resort charges a resort fee of $20 per night. This information was acknowledged by you in the booking process and was provided to you in writing on your confirmation. Please review your confirmation as appears as if you may have missed that the $20 fee is daily, not weekly.

The Worst customer service experience EVER! Do not buy with them!!! We got duped into doing so through United Vacation Club with HYATT. They are pathetic. They care nothing about the paid customer experience but only about the booking. Stay AWAY at all costs because they will COST you tremendously and take no ownership of the aggregious issues!!!!Resort Condominiums International, Inc.

1 starDisabled woman forced to violate HIPPA Law in order to cancel service agreement. Provided a lot of medical details in order to cancel. The denied and offered another service plan. I advised I am disabled and cannot use the service. Forced to sign the agreement or be placed for collections. Then eventually signed it so not to be placed for collections. Then told not accepted and placed for 3rd party collections. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They have no compassion or any customer service consideration. Very ************* this Company Should Closed, you Pay monthly for membership but you will never gonna use your membership. Every time when you want to use your membership ! Theres always excuses. This matter is very serious, they liar that they are not going to put it this scam on your credit. But they do put it on your credit. Be careful with this scam. Dont Give them a Chance. Every body works for them are scammers. Literally they just want your money. The membership is not Real. Every things they will tell you is not real. 1 starIf I could leave a negative star rating, I would. This is a very corrupt organization that lies to steal your money.This company has their sales people (representatives) give very misleading information to get people to pay money on services they cannot use. I tried to get it resolved and they basically said that the tens of thousands of dollars I paid them to go on vacation was no longer mine and my trip I paid for was canceled. no refunds no customer service no resolution.I have been with this company for almost 10 years and only used them a hand full of times because you have to reserve a year out on many of their timeshares or go to places that no one wants to go to. My job is hard to plan that far out. So, it has not worked out for many trips I have tried to schedule through them. they do not care that you have a horrible experience with them as long as they get their money. I will be contacting my lawyer to get my money back..... don't trust them.Review fromLisa F

1 starHorrible. Frustrating. The property availability is C*** and has added costs to get something decent. I can book the same properties directly for less money than going through RCI. Using up the last of my points on principal then I can't wait to be done with this disgusting sham company.
