  Total shisters. They lie consistently. they tried to tell me that my membership expired the day before it expired so they could get $ from me to transfer my points. DO NOT BUY A TIME SHARE EVER. One of the worst most filthy places we've ever stayed!!! SOLD MY TIME SHARE...NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Worst company ever. They just lie to you left and right. We have been told one thing then they turn around and change it. This has been one of the most frustrating and stressful things ever, when you try to book a trip then you go to find out your points that should not expire, have expired because its been two years, even though we were not allowed to travel for a year and a half because of Covid. Best advice I can give to anyone is DO NOT SIGN UP! no matter how good they make it sound.

  Went to a presentation Air conditioning broken, no snacks offered just drinks at Lunch time. The gift that we were promised was not available and we have to call customer service tomorrow., only getting half..The girl while still talking to us sat down to complete her lunch..

  If you enjoy a nasty used car salesman experience, this company is for you. They specialize in offering value deals on vacations, or side benefits like tickets to a great show, but the strings attached are manipulative as h*** It's all about getting you to buy a timeshare you don't need and didn't ask for in the first place. Lord help you if you already have one from them. Good luck. People willing to lie from the first moment they meet you, don't deserve your business.

  They lured ** in with the promise of a family 4 pack trip to ******* with park passes on the premise we spend about an hour with them to claim our package (unspokenly hear their sales pitch). It seemed like a fair trade so we went.3 hours later we finally left and they did a bait and switch. We only got half of what they originally promised, a 2 people trip for half the time they promised us. Based on that alone, the fact they won't honor their own promotions... I would never use this company.

  If I could give ZERO stars, I would. RCI should be fined for taking advantage of all RCI investers. Exchange fees go up, now many resorts are not even avialable unless you "Trade Up" to the next level of RCI Membership, and many resorts only offer 3 nights (instead of, what used to be 7 nights). I own a GOLD CROWN Red season resort and I still have issues getting a decent place. And now I understand that rates are going up AGAIN on AUG 31, 2022???When we bought our timeshare 18+ years ago, we had no idea we would be ripped off like this. We were planning on owning this forever and passing along to my kids. But my kids don't even wnat it becuase it's liking handing over a DEBT rather than an Investment. Now we are stuck... but we WILL find a way to get out of it!!!I hope RCI goes out of busness or has a giant law suit filed against them as their business practice is DIRTY and UNETHICAL. How dare them!!!!!!
