I have ordered parts for my dishwasher (drain pump, heating element), and my washer (drain pump). All parts were decently priced and were received fairly quickly. I replaced my hood light fixture cover. It arrived in a matter of 2-3 days and the fit was spot on. If I need another part for anything in my home this company will be my first choice.

I wish I could leave a negative star. Zero customer service. I purchased drain pump for my washing machine and it did not work. When I went to return it the information I read said if I plugged it in I couldn't return it. How would I possibly know if it worked if I didn't plug it in! I called them and left voicemail twice because nobody answers and emailed them three times to no avail. Just a horrible way to treat a new customer.Speedy Appliance Parts LLC

Regarding your issue, it is likely not a defective pump however you can simply submit a warranty claim for a replacement. The process takes less than a minute- https://www.speedyapplianceparts.com/warranty-claim/

I replaced the gas oven igniter and it works wonderfully now! Thank you so much. This part works well with my oven model. I'm so glad I found speedy appliance parts my dryer is not that new and everytime something gives out i can rest assure ill find it with them.
