Purchased a 2023 ************ October 2022 have had nothing but problem after problem.Driver side slide mechanism improperly installed Walls detaching Grey tank not installed correctly and falling Passenger top slide swiper incorrectly installed causing flooding and motor failure Driver/passenger seats replaced due to improper close outs been waiting on them since October.Electric mirrors loose wires making them inoperative Several wall paper issues Trunk handles/locks required replacement. It was in storage for a period of time that would not have been used. We have had 5 months of usable time we have had this we have been only able to take advantage of it for 11 days with the remaining time in the repair shop.We have spent **** in camp site cancellation, hotel fees not to mention paying for storage when its always in the shop. I thought buying a new coach I would be avoiding problems.

Bought a 2017 Thor Four Winds and have had nothing but problems with it. We have the same issue with the coach electricity not switching over when we use it. It always runs the batteries down. We have spent so much money trying to keep it charged but it won't work unless it is plugged in or, if the generator works, then we have to use the generator going down the highway to keep everything working properly. *********** in ***********, ** can't seem to fix it. I don't recommend anyone to buy a Thor product. We had a Chinook before and never had any problems with it. I wish we still had it, but we wanted a bigger motorhome and thought **** was a good company. HUGE MISTAKE!!! I may look into the " ***** LAW " and see if this qualifies.

We bought a 2019 Thor Quantum Sept of 19, took it to a Campground in ****** to venture to an Eagles game on Nov 3rd (first time RV owners, first trip with it). During our little weekend we noticed the whole back wall wet on inside(which is the bedroom) I called *********** (where we bought it) and they said it was probably condensation. Not knowing any better, we believed them. Next camping trip, it was noticed along with many other issues so we then were told to try Camping World in ********** so in March 2020 (6months from purchase) we took it in. They couldn't find any leaks (we have paperwork with this proof) so all of 2020 & 2021 we had several other water leaks (under bed, behind drivers seat etc. Also proof of this) In and out for service blah, blah, blah. We Winterized it after the 2021 camping season and never used it in 2022 due to the cost of everything being ridiculous. Decided we were going to get this thing back out this summer so we took it for inspection. Garage man calls, can't inspect it, had many lights out in the back so as he started to pull off/out to fix the lights, it was ALL ROTTED due to water So took it to Camping World with the paperwork from 6 months after purchase about back wall wet, they now had it for 3 weeks and when I called yesterday to check in I was told **** denied the claim due to being 3+ years past Warranty. Please tell me if I'm wrong about this fight....... called (2 months after purchase and had it in 6 months after purchase for the back wall being wet)

I bought a brand new Thor motor coach and it has spend more time in the repair shop with warranty issues than me ever using it over a year. Its been in the repair shop and Thor is so cheap that they are making up excuses to not repair the warranty work, their product is complete and utter c*** It falls apart just by looking at it. I regret very much buying their product. This is the worst company for rv conversions. The dealerships in which they partner with cant stand working with them because they deny all the repairs and nothing gets done! absolutely do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything with Thor not only is there a product very cheap its poorly converted and good luck getting any repairs done even when its under warranty. I bought a brand new RV thinking I dont want any problems. Well there has been nothing but problems with Thor motorcoach and I have what I thought was going to be an enjoyable experience a van by **** just rotting away on my property with a very big payment, its completely unusable And nobody is doing anything about it

I bought a 2023 Thor Sequence on Jan. 23, 2023 for $134,000 to take my patent pending products on the road for sales. On my first trip out, within the first 300 miles, the problems began: cab ac did not work, check engine light on, auto tow brake light on (even though I was not towing anything), cabin ac stopped working, no electricity when unit was running, Lithium batteries not being charged. This forced me having to park in a friends driveway connected to shore power for 3 weeks in south FL while attempting to get the unit serviced. NOT ONE THOR dealership returned my call to get it in. I had to drive back to my home 750 miles to get into the repair shop. Also, the Dodge dealerships told me they do not work on modified vehicles! THOR Industries does not share (nor does the ** sales team) that they have a shortage on ** technicians nationwide (behind doctors and teachers shortages they told me) or that most Dodge dealerships do not work on modified vehicles when you buy the vehicle. When I questioned the Under Warranty status, the so-called ******** Service Agent called me "ignorant" for not understanding what a warranty is. It has now been six weeks that I have owned the unit, and it is currently in the repair shop, for who knows how long. I also think because I am a woman, they think they can disregard my situation. The "emergency" customer agent I spoke to suggested I hire an attorney. I will next file with the ************************ as **** is a rip-off and cares nothing about the customer experience or having their customer service reps ****** and make disparaging comments.**** has cost me thousands in revenue, not to mention travel costs to and back from my work trip ON TOP of the exorbitant amount of money I spent on the vehicle and the remaining loan I have incurred.

Bought a brand new 2022 Thor **** **** in November of 2022, come to find out after a cold front hit ** in December of 2023 that the heaters were not installed properly. Frozen pipes, drove to a warmer area, called Thor about the issue of the heaters, there response was that they dont compensate consumers for normal break downs!! Dealer has been working with us but **** is a major pain in the a** and wont take responsibility for a defective motor home that came out of their factory. They keep saying that it is covered by warranty even though we are homeless and having to rent while the dealership corrects Thors issues.

I am so upset with Thor right now. In July 2021, I had had my coach r less than 1 year and the floor was bad due to the linoleum being laid over debris. I took it the the factory service center for repairs. They put down a new floor. They, however, pulled up the glued, original floor and left gouges in the particle board and then laid the new floor on top of that. Here we are in February, 2023, and we are back to where we were only more issues with the floor because of more bad places. Thor is refusing to accept responsibility for this messed up job because it took over a year to discover their negligence. Had a new toilet installed at the same time and they broke the flange, didn’t put in a bottom seal and now the floor is bad despite my trying to have it repaired the way they said to do it. Our Thor Customer Service stinks in the DFW area and apparently the company doesn’t stand behind their work anywhere. Thanks Thor for the $20,000 repair bill.

I have a 2021 Thor Omni RB34. I purchased it new at Motor Sportland in ***, ****. On the third time out I had a total slide failure. Took 3 days to get it in and get home. I was on the phone the next day and made an appointment at the factory to have it repaired. The appointment was 5 months out. Meanwhile **** told me to contact Motor Sportland. I did and their appointment was 2 months out. I waited and took the motorhome to *** which was about 450 miles. **** story short, I got the run around from Thor and Motor Sportland. It took 7 months to repair. I lost over half of my warranty and the repair was terrible. I wish I could give **** a 0 star but it wont let you. Everyone should boycott this company and dealership. Thanks DS
