I purchased two vehicles with INOVA as my financial institution. Both times was quick and easy, the employees were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Inova to anyone looking for a financial institution with integrity.

Great customer service. ****** Treat was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the loan process (car refinance) very easy and responded quickly to all my questions. My rate was lowered which lowered my payment. Extremely satisfied customer. Job well done!INOVA Federal Credit Union

I normally have a hard time contacting the branch and would have to leave a message for them to reach back to me which would make it inconvenient sometimes. Today they answered my call right away and made making my auto payment quick and easy.INOVA Federal Credit Union

a wonderful financial institution! INOVA helped me set up savings accounts for my two young sons and were incredibly hospitable to us. My sons now love to visit "their bank" for deposits and withdrawals and are always welcomed warmly and treated with respect. It was very simple to open an account via their online application process. After a successful opening, I was able to fund my account using *** transfers from another bank. The only issue I might point out is INOVAs low *** transfer limits. As a result, I had a few days delay in funding my account because I had to initiate the *** transfers from a different bank.The customer service and guidance I received from ******** was excellent and contributed to a smooth process with no hassles.INOVA Federal Credit Union
