      R.A.S. Logistics was hired to deliver and install our new dishwasher, as well as haul away the old dishwasher. The first day they attempted to deliver, they told us they couldnt install because our pipes were corroded. They left our new dishwasher in the middle of our living room still in the package. We had a plumber come out, and were told there was nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber explained that having an older shut off valve sometimes confuses installation people with no plumbing experience. We contacted R.A.S. Logistics to return for the installation. When they returned to install the dishwasher, it was discovered the bottom of the dishwasher was damaged as if it were dropped. They again left without taking the damage dishwasher with them. We contacted the company to order a replacement, and installation was once again scheduled. On the day they were bringing the new dishwasher they claimed they did not have a work order to install and haul even though they could clearly see his was on the original work order and services were not completed. After many phone calls we had the installation and haul scheduled again, but this time they showed up without the dishwasher. The incompetence and unprofessional customer service is beyond unacceptable.

      7/21/23 RAS out of ************** ** was contracted to pick up a broken ** microwave and leave me with the refund check for the purchase price. They didnt come with the check- So im off work with no pay for no reason. They reschedule me and leave empty handed. Rather than go around the circular driveway they backed out of the driveway. No way to see thru the trees to know if a car is coming - the passenger should have gotten out to stand in the road and guide the driver, but did not. they ran over a large growth 20 year old bush, and my cedar mailbox & post. flattened into the road. they tried to prop it back up, and left. never told me or apologized. Another car ran it over since it was laying in the road. for 2 weeks now, i have been calling RAS for resolution and to file a claim. 2 weeks with no return call and still no claim filed. I have been given a non working phone number and an email address for someone that is supposed to be in the claims dept I only seek compensation for the cost of the new mailbox, the mailbox post and a 15 foot tall full grown bush and someone to plant it. I will try to replace these items with as close to what i had. My mother, now deceased, planted the budh for me as a housewarming gift. To those drivers it was just a Friday, but it was devastating to me. They can never compensate for that.

      I purchased a dishwasher through the ** appliance store, which contracts with RAS Logistics for delivery and installation. After the dishwasher was installed, it was so loose that a piece of trim broke off the first time I used the dishwasher. When I pulled out a lower rack and loaded it with dishes, the entire machine tilted forward because it was not mounted.I contacted ** and they were extremely cooperative and offered to refund my money and have RAS logistics pick up the dish washer which they arranged for.. after waiting all day on the day of pick up, the driver called and said he will not pick it up because it was still installed I explained that they installed it and they need to diss install it to no avail. I subsequently purchased a different dishwasher and had that one installed only to learn that even the plumbing that was installed on my previous one was faulty and wouldve leaked if I used it any further.This company is completely incompetent and anyone who gets stuck with THEM as a delivery installer will be sorely disappointed.

      I ordered a table from ******** and was told it would be delivered by RAS Logistics on Friday, June 16. It never arrived. *** called back to RAS several times and talked with a ***** about delivery times. I was told my table would be delivered last Friday, June 23. It never arrived. *** left multiple messages with the company and no one has returned my calls. Ive been charged for a table, but it being held by RAS. I need help.

      I purchased a washer/dryer from *********** the original dryer was dented and a new one was ordered and scheduled for re-delivery on 4/17/23. When the drivers arrived they stated that they could not install bc a piece of trim would need to be removed in order for them to do so. My dad removed the piece of trim in 2 minutes while the drivers were still there and they still refused to install citing a safety issue. When we asked for an explanation of the safety issue they could not give us one. I called ** to see if they could assist and one driver started yelling saying I dont work for ** and dont have to listen to them. Then the same driver threw my delivery sheet at me and left going down the stairs. The ** representative told me that install was included to try and talk to them again. I went outside and explained what the representative was saying and they just got attitude and said they didnt answer to **. At this point my neighbors were trying to leave and the companys truck was blocking them. I politely asked for them to move their truck up a little and they laughed and refused. After they finally left I received a call from a blocked number identifying themselves as **** from ********** wanting to know what just happened with my delivery. I explained to him everything and then the gentleman said I am the delivery company and I recorded everything. F off and have an Fing good day. After that phone call I was repeatedly called from a blocked number several times over and over which I did not answer. I called the local RAS Logistics company and they basically told me it was my word against their drivers and they took the drivers side. RAS should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such horrible people.

      This is ******************* and my ********** order number WB39207481 was delivered on March 10th, 2023 by R.A.S. and the delivery guys and the item delivered were perfect except for a major issue. The delivery truck back into my backyard and as they were doing that the back wheels backed up over my front lawn and over the railroad tie that is holding up my small wall and the truck pushed it outwards and it needs to be fixed. It wasn't until they left that I noticed it and I went to take a look at it. I have attaches pictures of the damage. I have a been in contact with R.A.S. and they have all the pictures and my complaint and the two estimates but they are stalling to send me check to get the damage fixed.

      Problem:
      On 03/10/2023 I received a delivery on my upright freezer from *********** R.A.S. Logistics delivery company made the delivery. They back their huge box truck into my driveway and drove up my front lawn and over and down the small retaining wall I have there and pushed the wall and what was holing it up outwards and R.A.S. knows about it but has not responded back to me. The ********** order number was WB39207481.

       I am rejecting this response because RAD has not asked me for anything additional. Someone from their last told me they are waiting on information from an outside source and I have no idea what that means. What else do they want from me that they need?

      On 3/24 we received an email from the customer stating he could not be contacted during business hours. We responded via email on 3.24, 3.27, and **** asking for additional information. Customer responded asking for payment but has yet to provide the additional information requested to work this through to a determination.  We have received responses from the customer on multiple dates including but not limited to 4/4, 4/10, and 4/13.

      I want to give this company 0 stars, but I do not have that option. I purchased a brand new stove, microwave and dishwasher from ********** and they use R. A. S. logistics for delivery and installation of appliances. I paid for all 3 of these appliances to be installed but this company uses incompetent people that are too lazy to install the appliances and if they do they do not finish the installations. I took a whole vacation day from work so the appliances could be delivered and installed on Monday February 6, 2023 I was scheduled to have these 3 appliances delivered and installed but the delivery guy said he did not have time to install the appliances even though I had the paperwork that showed I paid for them to be installed. He then said he does not have the time to install and only to deliver them. He also had a cheap crescent wrench from dollar tree to try and remove the cap on the gas line so he did not try. After wasting my entire vacation day because they did not install any of the 3 appliances they had to try again to install them on Saturday, March 11, 2023 and sent two other different guys to install the dishwasher and microwave. He not only cut extra holes in the cabinet that were not needed he left all the pieces of wood and sawdust in the cabinet where he cut extra holes that were not needed as I had holes cut prior. He should have put a tarp over my new stove as he had sawdust all over the new stove and inside the new burners. He left a complete mess! The microwave he installed is also crooked. He then attempted to install the dishwasher and again drilled 2 new holes in the cabinet under the sink although I already had 2 holes cut prior for the dishwasher hose and drain line. Once again he left a ton of pieces of wood and sawdust everywhere for me to clean up and he did not even attempt to clean up. Even though this company and installer they sent out knew it was to install an 18 inch wide dishwasher they gave him a 26 I have more to write.

      In the review by the Terminal Manger and Regional Director, it was found the original DD was delayed as the unit was on back order from the vendor and was not delivered to our warehouse of which the vendor is to contact the customer.

      The parts needed for installation were not included in the order at the time of purchase and our Teams only carry standard installation parts of which these were not standard and the special installation needs were not disclosed to RAS prior to delivery. The customer is working with point of purchase at this time as RAS cannot install due to the special installation needs.

       I am rejecting this response because they saw that they were supposed to install when they delivered and they did not. I wasted a day off expecting them to install and they only delivered. I then expected them to install the dishwasher the Saturday after and they were able to see what kind of dishwasher they would be installing so they should have had the proper parts and tools with them and the installer said he did not because they company is too cheap to give him the supplies and tools and one of the tools he needed was a good drill bit. The installer left without installing as well as breaking my stool after standing on it and breaking it and he  drilled 4 extra holes through my cabinets for a plug and dishwasher lines even though I already had holes drilled open. The installer left these drilled pieces and sawdust everywhere and took me 2 hours to clean my kitchen after he left. He also did not instsll the microwave correctly and uneven. R. A.S logistics subcontracts to the most incompetent and unprepared contractors ever and the installer also said R.A.S only gave the installer 30 minutes to install a dishwasher and microwave because they have other appointments scheduled after mine not caring to finish my appointment first.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I want to add to my review and complaint against RAS Logistics per below... *After 4 people from RAS logistics told me that I needed to order a bracket to mount the top of the dishwasher the 4th time a contractor came to finally mount the dishwasher he then told me I never needed the bracket I spent hours trying to find online and ordered and paid for it out of my own pocket from Amazon. Now the 4th guy who came out is telling me they could have used to two short brackets that came with the dishwasher the whole time meaning I could have had my dishwasher mounted 3 weeks ago instead of the 4th week. The previous 3 guys either said I needed to order a special bracket because they wanted to get out of installing it or they did not know what they were doing. The 4th guy today did not seem to know what he was doing and how to mount the dishwasher even though I asked them to send out one of their most experienced people because the other previous 3 were hacks. They did not come until 230pm so I wasted a 4th week in a row and did not get done until after 4pm.

      We bought a washer and dryer. This company is responsible for deliver and installation.but the installer didn't install the washing machine's outlet pipe correctly on the day of shipping, putting it on the ground and not installing it in the pipe. caused a water leak(The washing machine on the third floor caused water damage to the ceiling on the second floor. After a few days, your coworker sent someone to re-install it again. We have repaired the ceiling. But now the carpet is moldy. Need to continue repairs. Until now, the claims specialist has not contacted us to solve the problem. If there is no reply. We will *** in court.

      Placed order for $1,3000 couch on 12/29/22 through wayfair. Delivery was scheduled by RAS for 1/22/23 between 7am-7pm. No delivery showed, no call from RAS. Called their office at 6:30pm on 1/22/23, no answer. Today, 1/23/23, I have no received a call back from them and I called them again with no answer.

      Purchased a dryer from ********** which this company is contracted. To deliver and install. We waited all day getting updates counting down my delivery window then they cancled with -no call only text. Canceled an hour after our delivery window. Called ********** to complain and they offered to let me wait another week to get my dryer. ********** needs to ditch these people. I have a family and no dryer. I cant even go to the store to pick it up since they no longer stock them. This totally sucks!
