Order **********, *************************** *********************************************************************. Paid set up and delivery services with owner ************************* ** address ***************************************************. They gave delivery date 12/21/22 from 7am to 7pm.. Stayed home all day the ** was a no show. They don't answer their calls they ask for voice mail and they would return next day..a customer gets nothing. Called the purchasing no. Who wouldn't get a hold of them either. They have my merchandise in there business that I paid for and also gave them goid money to deliver and it sits in their warehouse. I'm sure this is not the type of service you want any of your centers to know. I need my delivery and set up **mpleted today. My life was planned around yesterday's delivery. I am rejecting this response because: 1. They are telling lies. 1 they never showed up or called. I called them they said the truck broke down. 2. I never picked up any product and put it in my car. 3 they never delivered anything to my house on the 27th. 3. ******* refunded me all the money even the set up fee this delivery co charges for putting my dinning table and 8 chairs. So again what type of victims could I have that would fit 8 large dinning chairs in. Maybe a truck. I own a car. Not only did the promise to deliver by 330 the 27th the time window was never kept by them. Shameful. I would really like to take this co to small claims and ask for lost wages for 2 days that equals ****** due to them calling me and telling me they promise to deliver 27th and so sorry two teams quit and the truck broke. Lies from start to end. I have records from ******* also to back the calling and replanting for delivery. They held my purchase hostage in their storage warehouse and now ******* has asked them to send it back to them. I will follow up with ******* on this as they may keep the product and say I got it. Although he did apologize for luring to the BBB. He still wanted to deliver the dinning room set.. I called ******* and they verified the dinning set was returned and in their warehouse. I'm not sure what his intention was to ask if he would deliver the set, but I asked him to not contact me again and to only deal with *******. I have two days of lost wages and the service from **** S Logistics is devastating. I'm very concerned this co has my address and phone number now thankful I have security cameras and I have a dig I don't live alone. Very scary situation.Business Response

I have had a warranty replacement (washing Machine) and the ** site informed me that this company (RAS Logistics) would deliver and install. I was given a phone number to call *************) to arrange the service. I have called dozens of times and NEVER had an answer back. It goes to voice mail with a promise of a call back within one business day. The answering machine says leave a message for ****.....??? which I have done. I have been without a washer for over two months now and have no other way of contacting this business if it actually exists. *** logistics was supposed to deliver to my house on December 9 a refrigerator in a dishwasher Which I have already paid thousands of dollars for to ******** At the last minute on the 9th they told me they would could not come. they switched it to the 12th between 3 PM and 7 PM. I waited for four hours and then found out that they switched it again to the 16th without even telling me. They have a phone number you can call and leave a message, but not really because the mailbox is full. So you cannot get through to anyone. This is not good service. I am complaining because I don't want to wait and wait and wait and never have my appliances delivered. I have installers lined up based on the *** promise of delivery at a stated time.Business Response

I ordered a washer and dryer in July. The pedestals were on backorder so I had to wait for those to come in for the whole order to be delivered. That was not a problem. I finally got a call that they would be delivered to me on 9/13/22 but that morning I received a call from the delivery driver stating the dryer was not on the truck and did not know why but he could go ahead and deliver everything else, which he did. He provided me with a copy of the *** where he wrote down that the dryer and dryer vent were not on the truck and that the company would set up another time to bring the dryer. I have been calling RAS since and each time I am told that they have set it up again to be delivered and provide me with the date but no one ever shows up or notifies me. I have to call back each time to set a new delivery date and I am going in circles at this point. I have already paid for this product and have not received it yet. I just want my dryer and to be done with this whole nightmare.Business Response

My refrigerator stopped working after 10 months and RAS logistics was scheduled to deliver the replacement on 10/28/2022. First refrigerator came off the truck missing parts so they ordered another and rescheduled delivery for 11/4/2022. Delivery was supposed to be between 2-6 PM and around 3 PM I had a missed call from a local number which I assumed was the delivery company. Called back immediately and didnt get a response. I figured that meant they were on there way and would be here shortly. At 4:30 PM I get a text message for the delivery receipt even though the delivery guys still had not shown up. I called that number again and got a response and from my understanding they delivered the refrigerator to the wrong place? (my spanish is not very good but that is what I got out of the conversation) After awhile they showed up with the refrigerator but it had a large dent in the side. The drivers also hit my garage on the way out of my driveway and destroyed my new gutters and smashed the corner in. I contacted the local number I was given and the terminal manager asked me to send picture's which I did. He will not answer any of my calls or voicemails I have left him since. I called and filed a claim with the claim department last week also and still have not heard anything back. They delivered another replacement fridge due to the dented one last time on 11/18 but this time they put two holes in my drywall and scrapped the paint on my walls in numerous places. I would like some answers from somebody. When I talked to the escalations department today he said they respond to claims in the order they are received. It blows my mind that they have so many claims that it has now been four business days and I have yet to get a response.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: *********** only responds after I file a complaint on here and then they magically have time to follow up with me the next day. I find it irritating that I am personally responsible for finding multiple quotes for them to review before they will accept the repair fee. They are the ones who hit my garage and damaged it, they should be 100% responsible for making this right. Life is busy, I work full time and have a family to take care of. It is not easy to find multiple companies to come out and quote a repair and then send all of the documentation over to RAS and hope they will reply. There also seems to be a lack of communication or protocol on there part as far as how to deal with claims. The first person who ever contacted me about this said I am supposed to send everything to them which I did. After not hearing anything back for a few weeks I posted on here and then someone else contacted me and informed me that no, I supposed to send everything to them and they are not sure why the first person said to send it to them. Again, after not hearing anything back for a few weeks I posted on here which finally someone else contacted me and said they same thing. I was not supposed to send anything to them I was supposed to send it to different person and they once again are not sure why the individual told me to send things to them. I just want my garage fixed, at this point I don't care about the damage done to my walls in the house.

I ordered 2 chairs from ******* and assumed that ******* would be delivering them. 3 men from RAS logistics showed up to deliver my chairs and decided to back into my driveway. Nobody got out of the truck to direct the driver. The driver slammed into a Japanese Cherry Blossom tree in the front yard and took about 1/3 of it down. I called the police. After the police filled out a report, he informed me that the driver said they were ready to leave because they had already delivered the chairs- which they had not. So they carried the ********* and put them in the house, left me with someone else's shipping paperwork ,and a tree laying across my driveway. Thanks a lot! I called the office, and they assured me that they would take care of this. I got a tree company out and they said that the remaining 2 limbs of the tree need to be cabled together or the tree will come down during the first snowfall. I paid them $1800 to do this and now RAS logistics won't answer my calls. I can't get my beautiful tree back. The least that they could do is reimburse me for what I had to pay out of my pocket to mitigate the damage the damage that their driver caused.Business Response

A delivery team from this company brought furniture to my home on Saturday October 22, 2022. During the delivery, their staff damaged my personal property. I was contacted by a representative on Sunday morning, October 23, 2023, and was told that follow up would be made on Monday to address damages caused by this company. I ordered and Appliance From ******.com. Delivery was set for 9-20-2022. I got a text on 9-18-2022 at 8:52 am from this shipper stating that they would deliver it on 9-20-2022 between 15:30 and 19:30. Press reply C to confirm I replied C. On 9-20-2022, My wife is a stay at home Mom and so she is home all day, I got home at 16:45 and nothing yet so I waited until 20:00 with no text or call. My kids wanted me to take a walk with them but I told them I had to wait for a delivery. The next day I received no follow-up from the freight Company and on 9/22/2022 I call them twice and it got direct to Voice Mail and the 3rd time I just got hold music and nothing else. I then called ****** and they called ** shipping who called this company and this company stated that they attempted to deliver the Freezer but no one was home. A complete lie to cover the fact that they did not deliver the item. (I you missed the delivery just be honest about it). When I asked for it to be delivered on 9/23/2022 they said they were booked up and they cannot deliver until 9/24/2022 because they are booked up. If you miss a delivery you need to bump another person on that day to make up for it for send out another truck. I have a processed steer that I have to pickup on 9/23/2022 and now I have to figure out what to do with it until Sat/Sun when the freezer **ts delivered and cool enough to freeze. Summary 1. Did not deliver the item after committing to the delivery 2. Did not follow-up on the missed delivery to makeup a delivery 3. Lied about no one being home instead of just admitting their fault and making it right. 4. Not making sure it was on the next delivery truck and instead making it worse by delaying the delivery even further.Business Response

I filed for a new washing machine through my home warranty and they sent a notification on August 14, 2022 saying the washing machine was delivered to RAS Delivery Services in ******* and provided me with a local number to call if I needed to follow up with them directly. I was told they would call to schedule an installation appointment within 3-5 days. On August 29, I called RAS Delivery Services (shows up as a ******* phone number) and was told the washer wasn't received until August 22, then I was told I was calling the ********* number and they forwarded to another number they said was the ******* warehouse where the voicemail promised someone would call back by 9am the next day. I did not hear back the next morning so I called again in the afternoon (8/30) and was once again forwarded to an answering machine at 1:34 pm with the same voicemail message. I called again at 2:40pm on 9/1 with the same result, then again on 9/7 where I asked to escalate the call and was told they would fill out an email to the warehouse that time and then offered to escalate the next time I called if the email did not resolve the issue. They also forwarded me to the warehouse where once again no one answered (2:23pm) and the voicemail promised to return all calls by 9am the next day. It is 9/14 and I still have not received any contact from the company that holds my washing machine - which I have been in need of for over a month.Business Response
