      NOT BUY FOREST RIVERS! I purchased a brand new Alpha Wolf in December of of 2021. I reported a leak in the sealed under belly of the unit in April 2022. Waited on the parts to come in to the dealer where I purchased it and they finally showed up in September. scheduled to get the repair done and when the dealer went in they found there was other leaks. All the leaks and problems were due to poor manufacturing and poor quality control. Forest Rivers now refuses to let the dealer fix it and wants to have my camper picked up and brought back to them to do the repairs. I call and talk to customer service and I am told they reserve the right to repair the unit. I reserve the right to expect it to be done in a timely manner. I will basically be with out my camper for what's looking like a year or more before I get it back. Let me say again, I had it 4 months when the first problem showed up. **************** is no help and the *** Manager does not return my phone calls. When asked to speak to who is above the *** Manager, I am told there is nobody above her. Ridiculous! My dealer said it's looking like January 2023 before they even pick it up to go back to Forest Rivers. $40,000 down the drain to purchase a camper with leaks in the bathroom, water inlet on inside of wall, in the furnace enclosure, and around the back slide. Bathroom has to be totally redone and a third to almost half of the floor will have to be replaced. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no law to hold camper manufacturers to camper manufacturers to the fire to make sure they take care of consumers!They Should Completely Replace This Unit!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY FOREST RIVERS!!!!!!!!

      I wish I could give this zero stars! We bought a Forest River wildwood lodge 42Fldl and from the moment it was delivered back in May 2022 we have had so many issues. Biggest piece of garbage and worst customer service ever. Both my recliner and sofa arrived broken and they tried to deny the warranty claim. I had to fight to get it approved. We have had over 20 issuesfrom the manufacturer not installing water heater properly to my kitchen faucet not working. The trailer layout, finishes and high ceilings are what got me. However, the quality is lacking in every aspect! Forest river has ruined my trailer camping experience and Im wanting to get rid of my park model.

      Sadly, we are in the same boat as all of these others that have left negative reviews. We now have hired an attorney since it appears it's going to cost $20K to replace the entire floor in our RV. Purchased brand new in 2019 and the floor is soft and moldy due to the lines in the underbelly never being hooked up. We also have a shop owner telling us that the grey tank wasn't sealed property. Of course, Forest River just tells us "it's out of warranty" and offered to give us some sort of discount if we take it from SE ***** to *******, ** to have it repaired. Not sure I want them touching it, especially now that we are having these issues. I wish I would've read these reviews before we spent $25K on an rv. They're only getting 1 star because I have to chose something to post this review.

      Bought this brand forest river travel trailer that I would not travel to far with. I've done more trip to the dealer than anywhere else, with minimal issues corrected. now I'm told I need a bigger generator to power my ac. (bigger than a 7200watts) ????? wtf as anyone else had this issue?

      Stay away from Forest River, I dont know why I didnt review this website before purchase my 2022 travel trailer, after reading all the reviews here , I cant believe that Im been having same issues with my unit, but what is worst is Forest River respond and customer service, is horrible. Please do your research and dont buy Forest River product, my brand new unit is been leaking form both slides, it was a ***** s**** on my roof that we couldnt see when first bought it, Forest River respond take too long and even under warranty they do what ever they want. Please dont buy form this company, dont invest your money in a company that doesnt care about customer satisfaction.

      We bought a brand new 2019 Sabre 32DPT fifth wheel. We have had nothing but issues. We had only used it like 4 times and have had it in the shop to have the slide floor replaced from water damage. Warranty would not cover the floor replacement as it only covers mechanical issues. The hot water tank was installed incorrectly and leaked. It had to be remounted, pushed in and resealed. Now the floor in the bedroom slide has water damage and we have to pay to get that replaced. Forest River declined to help with any cost. Said no longer under warranty and their three year structural warranty doesnt cover water damage. They just said we are supposed to reseal the camper every six months it is in the manual. The entire camper was put together sloppy. Very expensive camper and we have had to put an additional $6600 in so far. DO NOT BUY ******* RIVER!!! They take no pride in the campers they distribute!!!!!! A *********

      We purchased a new Grey Wolf Black Label trailer in Feb 2022 at the ** Boat and Travel show in ****** through Cousin's **, ********, **. We picked it up in April and used it for the first time on Memorial Day. We immediately had slide issues, We had just retired and planned a big 2 month trip in it starting in June, traveling from ** to CA via many places along the way. We were going to see our ********* ******** for my granddaughter's surfing competitions - they were to stay with us. The slide stopped working at the beginning of the trip, but when we called repeatedly, the dealer told us to call FR and they told us to take it to a dealer in one of a number of cities. We called everywhere, all the way to CA, and no one wanted to work on a FR **, all told us to take it back to the dealer. WE paid for a mobile repair person to come out, and he told us the slide was never put in correctly and the dealer we purchased it from was the only one that could fix it. Our family had to stay in hotels, and we ended ** staying in the camper with the slide all the way in, barely able to get through.. We cut our trip short a month to try to get the camper fixed. We took it in the day after we got back from our trip and dealer has had it over a month, has not done anything with it because FR has not approved the work under warranty yet. The dealer told us they have an entire parking lot of **s that are in the same situation. I emailed ****************** in *****, WBuffett, since I knew they bought FR. They emailed that he is too busy to respond to emails and letters. I came to BBB and see MANY MANY bad reviews. Very disappointed in this entire process, especially FR and WBuffett. we have posted on the ******** sites about this, and told all of our friends about the company. I am checking about Lemon Law, and we made our first, and hopefully last very poor retirement decisions - investing in FR and ****************** companies - never again.

      Purchased a No Boundries **** in Feb 2019. One week later found water stains and black mold in front right window an seat cushions. Talked with Warranty and carried to local dealer, the excessive large window was cut to large and dealer repair with larger seal. Two weeks later it rained and found water in bath area. Water leaking around ceiling vent. Carried back to dealer with complaints of water found on bed, bath and countertop. Four months later trailer was picked up. Problem was deteriating sealant on roof. All sealant was removed and resealed. Now have found roof over leaking area soft and estimated $8500.00 to repair Forest River ************* was advised in writing on April of 2019 that water was found on mattress cover when I purchased. Now they will not even return my telephone calls. Had trailers and motor coaches since **** and never experienced such crappy workmanship and materials. Sorry sorry waste of $24,000.

      ********* Forest River *** camper. Turn to an absolute lemon. Got referred to the factory for warranty work AC quit the first week I had it. Getting them to do anything between the customer service reps ********************** ********************************** was terrible. They've got people telling bold-faced lies like it takes 10 days to get reimbursed now it's been over 10 weeks.The replacement fireplace was packed in foam sealant that you used to seal cracks in your home. It took me over an hour to break apart the foam.The customer service rep ******* said oh it wasn't malicious that's how we packed them. What you guys never heard of bubble wrap? Amazon ships millions of products and they never ********* anything with foam sealant see the picture this is what you get with these kind of people where their malicious and ugly. They probably figure what can you do as the consumer. Not much.It's like calling a dictator and saying that the police are harassing you and the dictator laughs because he's the one who told them to do it.I wouldn't recommend a Forest River product if my life depended on it. because of the Forest River *** people. they're worse than used car salesman. A number of lies: 10 days to get reimbursed, turned into over 10 weeks now and I still don't have a check 11 weeks into it. They've resolved no issues so far.But they literally said the checks in the mail which has been an absolute joke.I asked them to mail me a replacement fireplace and check to an address in ******* they told me they had to go by the address associated with the *** which the dealer has my city and zip code wrong I couldn't have possibly known that till after the fact.Despite telling them to send it to ******* they wouldn't make any accommodations. So then I had to pay $75 to have a replacement fireplace that was their product that was broken to get it to me in ******* I didn't need the heat but I had to have the repair done in a certain amount of time.@@@@!!!! Beware!!! *********

      Bought a forest river 14cc limited travel trailer. In March 2020 we drove 130 miles to pick it up. It had a ding in the fridge door, you can't close the door with the steps down for fear of breaking the door, the black tank states it is 3/4 full before we pull out of our drive way. It was filthy dirty when we picked it up and the dealer acted like it was above them to even sweep it out, so when we got home we took the time to clean it before we could even use it. We did a little research and it sounded like forest was a good deal, not so much. I am not a satisfied customer and am very disappointed with ********************** products.
