My husband and I purchased a 2022 forest river impression camper just a little over a year ago. The camper has been a total lemon! The first two times we used it the inside flooded due to hoses not being properly installed. It's been back to the dealer multiple times and also the manufacturer for a new roof and the while side repaired due to not using the right heat resistant epoxy. This is some of the things that have been wrong.Wrong battery was installed and you couldn't unhook or hook the camper unless it was plugged in.Ac hasn't worked since we bought it. Was told it's the duct work that is ran wrong.Roof was replaced after threatening to seek legal action due to screws poking through the roof.Outside speaker and awning lots are wired hot and stay on all the time.Slide out seals weren't installed correctly and the rollers put holes in them.Shower had no caulking around to to keep water from getting behind the walls.Numerous inside trim pieces have fallen. Off every time it gets used. The linoleum floor came up in the front living area due to not having proper amount of glue down. When the love seats were s**** down the screws went through the bottom side of the slideout. Now it has 4 holes! When the manufacturer installed the new roof they got calling all over the sides including the awning. The back side currently has a s**** trying to poke through the siding.I'm sure I'm missing some things but our dreams of buying a nice brand new camper that needs nothing has been a total nightmare! I would stay far away from any Forest River product. As they don't want to stand behind the junk they charged us $70,000 for! Thanks a lot for now making our camping trips being worried about what's going to break next!

We called Forest River since we purchased a 2019 wildwood with slide out in 2022. My father passed so they only used it 2 weeks making the actual 2019 only about (about average ******** at most 5xs prior) 2.5 years old with a family using prior to us. General RV SOLD IT on SALE to the family owned it prior To my folks. The slide wont open and costs us a lot of money to fix, which we have no choice because a family wants it. I do things right differently than this company and wouldnt consider doing what they knew and know to us. The Forest River warranty and employers act as though a game when you call them They dont fix beyond the 1 year warranty. That tells me they know this happens. The fix is around **** and should be a consumer protection. Please if anyone else has a a Forest River problem with a slide make sure and report it to highway traffic safety since these should not be on the road at all. You cant close them. Forest River definitely doesnt take care of customers. I still have a **** different company that the slide still works without any incident ever. We use that unit at a permanent lot for many years.

2021 Wolf Pup 17JGBL- Do NOT buy an ** from Forest River- They do not stand behind their products. They build absolute junk. Avoid models especially if they have ******* Schwintec slides. They WILL failmultiple times after about 3 uses. Forest River will not help you and they continue to build defective **s with slide issues. Dont believe me? Join the Wolf ****************** and search Slide outs. We are being scammed into buying these and then Forest River could care less. They keep building them this way too. They know what theyre doing and I would highly recommend you avoid this company as your choice to do business with. Theyre happy to take your money, know your ** will sit at the dealer for half of its warranty awaiting service (what they hope for) and then once your out of warranty, you are on your own. Please, please, please do not buy a Forest River product. ************************* sits on his throne of money and has no idea how many middle income families they s**** out of their hard earned money by building junk. The ** industry is a standing joke when compared to other industries like the Auto. Please use extreme caution with this company. They did NOT help me AT ALL. I believe they will not help you. Gone are the days of ***************** Now are the days of fraudulent sales, poor warranties, and low paid cubicle employees paid to deny you assistance and service you should deserve. I hope someday the ** industry builds quality **s, stands behind their products, and sees service as a vital part of their business model. At this point, after my 3rd slide failure, it is clear their business model is Sell it now, s**** them later. You bought it, your problem now. 12 month warranties folks- theyre willing to back their product up for only 12 months. That says ALOT about what they build. C*** I hope this helps you understand the risk you take when you buy from Forest River. A ************************* empire of a company designed to be his cash cow. Milk em for all they got!

We bought a brand new 2021 Forest River travel trailer in 2020. From day one we had nothing but problems. The front window leaked (twice), oven didn't work and several gaps in the under belly. Now, we're dealing with a shattered shower door. Our camper was in storage in a car port, had -1 weather for 2 days and the door shattered. This should not happen. A glass tech told us that either the glass was not tempered correctly or installed improperly. Forest River did nothing. $650 + (you have to buy the whole 3 piece shower door) to replace. Avoid Forest River RV's if you can.

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2020 sabre 5th wheel brought it home opened the door to load for a trip and the door fell off brought to dealer to get fixed and it was the start of it being in for repairs 3 times now for a total of 17 months now as it is in for 2 of the slide out rooms with rotted floors and a $8000 bill have reached out to campers world and ******* River got a response from campersworld but have yet to hear from ******* River, so as of now above the $60,000 plus price tag. I'm in over $ ****** in repairs, I owed a kountry star 5th wheel for 20+yrs before deciding to trade in and buy this unit and sorry to say bad mistake. My wife fell in love with the floor plan and it was deciding factor as they say happy wife happy life needless to say not the case here I'm told the warranty is over and with it just being 3yrs old and being in shop for more than half off it it's very disheartening I feel that during covid they just pumped these things out just to keep up with covid campers and never looked at quality of product I will pay and wait for next repair bill just wish they would make thus right but doubt it because they already got their money

They do not stand behind their product with a numerous amount of warranty issues which some they covered and the rest they did not. no quality what so ever. and my fifth wheel is only 9 months old... what happened to the 1 year warranty? I just want my RV the way it is suppose to be when you buy something new. You are not doing me a favor by telling me you are covering most of the claim.

We pitches a new forest river. We have had it for 11 months and it have been back at the dealership waiting for warranty work because the refrigerator has been broken since we purchased it. It has been at the dealer now for 6 months. Who is responsible?? ***** Rv or forest river? DO NOT BUY ONE. Poor customer service.

By the way my claim number is *******. I need answers. Tired of spending 500 a month on something we can use. Not only that but it is sitting out in the weather! A year old and one camping trip.

We have a Forest River Rockwood Mini-Lite 2018 and it is junk. We spend a lot of time fixing issues. The commode leaked, furnace works when it wants to, floor is spongy, steps had to be replaced, tank had to be resupported because it was falling down, on/off power switch at hot water tank doesn't work, and so much more. We got to investigating and the floor is junk... very possible thin plywood and styrofoam... Go to YouTude and watch the video. The company gets out of replacing it by saying the manufacturer says you can't live in one. Our floor was spongy after 2 years as we use our camper a lot.

If I could give zero stars I would! Poorly made is an understatement. Bought my 2018 wildwood forest river fsx and needs a whole new wall, floor, floor, and windows have to be removed and resealed! Basically have a hunk of aluminum in my driveway! So much for buying brand new to have it last! Would not recommend even to my worst enemy! What a headache!
