      This bank is a disappointment. They have poor customer service and unrealistic fees. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I loved FirstMidwest bank. Old National did an awful job with the merger and it's not the FirstMidwest bank employees fault. This bank is unethical and completely incentivized to keep one paying those unrealistic fees.

      Very poor for online banking. Arrogant customer service. Till to day I could not access my on line account. REQESTED to correct my cell number on record for OTP authentication by on line and by customer care calls. Nothing has been done since transfer of FMB to Old NB. Could not operate my accounts. Worst with every aspects of Banking business. Sonalben.

      On hold for over a hour. This bank thinks people can just wait for a long time. We have a life. I can't even pay on app without another 2 days holding. This merger is nothing but a disaster. This will be the last time with this bank. I want First Midwest Bank back! At least I can make the payment!

      This is a poor company. Customer service takes hours. I attempted to get the "free" checks. Link was broken. The bank teller was helping people get them. However we had to leave the paper there. Fast forward more than a week, and I have a charge on my account- mind you, I never authorized a charge of any kind- especially when in writing it stated the checks were free. I'm going to get my money back and bank elsewhere. I was with First Midwest more than 20 years. Never an issue.

      They seemed okay at first but it's been 4 weeks and I still don't have online access. You would think somewhere along the line someone could figure out what is probably very simple. Definitely not worth my time or frustration.

      My mother and I have been Midwest bank account holders for over 30 years. Due to the merger with Old National,we never received our new debit cards and I currently have been on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes to just get a live body to inform them our debit cards were never received and to request new ones. Is this how banking with Old National will be going forward?

      You can't get a hold of anyone. You go their taken over sites and you get a token or ticket to actually have someone to talk to or see. This is a shame and shameful attempt by a bigger fish eating a smaller one and then just spin you off to a never never land or IVR BS...they don't care about you and they are the new regime of grab and run tactics...what a joke. Try calling them and waiting for over an hour then get cut off...
