      I have a credit score of 803. I went to open up a money market account at an interest rate of 4.25 % with minimum of 200000. I went to evergreen park location they denied me from opening the account. They ask me why I chose a branch away from my home. They actually profiled me and I had all my creditenls. Never in my life have I experienced this

      Ever since this bank has taken over first Midwest they have treated their customers horribly. We had some fraudulent charges come through that put our account into negative. So we called the fraud department.. they don't have any information on the transaction, won't freeze our card or do anything. They won't dispute the charges either. So now we're stuck here sitting with a negative account with no way to solve our issue and we're worried this will ruin us financially as they clearly don't care.

      This bank is horrible. No customer service, quick to fee you slow to put your deposits in. I can't believe they just merged with First Midwest (just OK), previously Standard Bank (excellent). It has been a downhill skid since they took over. Unscrupulous behavior, they don't care about the little guy. BEWARE!!!!!!

      THE ABOSOLUT WORST BANK EVER!!! I open my account with First National bank 7 years ago, it was my first checking account in my early 20's. I loved this bank, never had a problem. The switched over to Old National in July 22 and I have literally had nothing but problems since then!! I filed my first dispute for $1800, I was sold bad tickets to a bears game......they told me I was out of luck, even when I showed them all the receipts all my proof, they also made me wait almost a month just to tell me no I cant get my money back. In November, someone hacked my account and made fraudulent charges in Idaho, They gave me my money back, I closed my account with Olds National now a month later they are telling me that not only do I have an overdraft fee of 90 plus dollars but my dispute was not found in my favor and have to pay that back or there will be a lien put on me. I am BLOWN away at the fact that I have to pay back money that was stolen from me. This bank has been nothing but trouble and don't even bother calling customer service, every single time I have called I have waited over an hour to speak with someone. I am beyond disappointed in this bank!!! No stars and I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone on earth. Id rather keep all my money stashed in my house than to use this bank ever again.

      OLD NATIONAL BANK customer service by phone. It takes 15 minutes to 1/2 hr to get a csr to talk with! There is no available email address to contact either! I'm trying to set up Apple wallet pay but can't cause the tele # to confirm is no longer a working #. Of course this is a Sat when everything shuts down at noon, but I started at 11 am!

      This is a terrible company! they are extremely crooked and charge you charge you overdrafts when you have plenty of money in your account and tell you sorry nothing we can do! Sorry but they don't deserve any stars!!!!

      I'm not surprised with the reviews on this bank. We had a number of business loans with Anchor Bank which was bought by Old National. Even after paying off the loans they are still holding liens against the properties. We had 11 properties under loan with them. It would take a lot of work getting each property released when we were selling them. They still have liens against the properties that we haven't sold yet even though there is no loan left to payoff. I have provided documents showing the loans were paid off but they cannot find their own records. If they wish to contact me, they have my email address and phone number

      Never enough employees to handle special task. They think you have all day to wait. What is worst of all is, they close at 5pm. Do they not realize people work to make money to put in their bank. It's plain ridiculous that they aren't open late at least two days of the week. But, banks don't care, they make their billion and that is all they care about.

      After the transition it is the worst banking experience I've ever had. The phone wait times are at least am hour, and then they either disconnected me or wasn't helpful. Personal banker Riley is rude, and condescending. I tried to close my account because it seemed that was the only resolution. He didn't block the account like i asked so I could keep from further charges because I asked him to close right then (then when I called about the negative account because i withdrew my funds to close it) he raised his voice and argued. I'm definitely considering seeking an attorney's advice.

      July 18 I got a call from the fraud department saying there is fraudulent activity on my account and to stay on the the line and someone will be with you . So I wait over a hour and a half to be be disconnected. Three days later after count less hours of sitting on hold I filed got to file my claim of over $1600 fast forward a few weeks still don't see anything happening I call them up to see what is going on and I'm told the claim was denied because these charges had to be done with my card and I had to be present and made the charges! In different states non the less. I have gotten no help with anything trying to correct the issue i had nothing to do with I will never be guilty of doing any business with this ridiculous excuse for a bank as of 9/6/22 nothing has came of the situation and they offer no help
