Very unprofessional. No respect for clients time. Supervisor was a huge disappointment. Clearly they have no customer service. If I could I would give them zero stars

I would not recommend them at all. They give you approval then they get you on the phone and change the terms. They do a hard pull on your credit, typical bait and switch very disappointed with my interaction with themOneMain Financial Group, LLC

I applied for the Brightway Mastercard through OneMain Financial. I received the card in the mail. As soon as I had activated the card, some scammer tried to make fraudulent charges on it. I was contacted by Brightway to see if the charges were made by me. I replied no they were not. Brightway put a lock on the account. I was issued another card as a result. Brightway didn't unlock the account. I was told that I had to send a government ID, a lease, bank statements, and a utility bill to them. I did via email. They said my documents were not good enough. Then, they closed the account. Now they expect me to pay a $75 annual fee on a credit card I never got to use.OneMain Financial Group, LLC
