      On June 17, 2025, this crew carwash in ***********, ** damaged my fenders on both sides of my Tesla model X and tried to get away to pay for the damages by saying my fender was loose before I entered the carwash. Local Tesla dealer looked at the picture and confirmed it was not loose before entering the carwash. As a matter of fact, an inner piece of fender is still attached to my vehicle, this proves nothing was loose, confirmed by local Tesla dealer before my vehicle entered the carwash. BBB, please help me to have the crew carwash to repair the damages caused by the crew carwash in ***********, ** on 6/17/2025. I attached the pictures to support my arguments. The first picture file ending in 726 shows the carwash cloth ripped my fender apart completely, luckily the inner piece of the fender is still attached to the body to prove that the fender was not loose before entering the carwash. The second picture file ending 716 shows the cloth pulls the left fender loose at the top. The third attachment is the estimate from ***** dealer to show $425 estimate to repair it. Thank you BBB.

      I was at the Crew carwash located at ************************************************* IN While on the conveyor belt, the truck in front of my vehicle applied brakes and the conveyor belt kept rolling and pushed my car into the truck. The attendant didn't check on the drivers involved in the collision. once the truck was back on track, the attendant didnt check for any clearance. She started the machine again and the truck driver applied his brakes a second time and again the conveyor belt pulled my car into the truck.Upon exiting the carwash. i requested for the police to be called. I was told that it was against Crew carwash policy to call police or record the incident. The two attendants told me that i couldn't retrieve any driver information and they allowed the driver to pull away from a scene of an accident. without making sure that his information was correct or went to the driver.I asked for information and contact numbers and was told they don't give out information.Crew carwash was unprofessional and misstated the law.any vehicle contact is considered a collision. For Crew carwash employees to state the law, you must know the law.The accident happen on their place of business, and I was told that I couldnt use my insurance or retrirve information from the driver which is requirement under Indiana laws.

      I took my car to the car wash on *************************** block...as I came out of the car wash driveway, my driver car side mirror was damaged...I noticed it as soon as I got on the street.. I put in a a claim and they said my mirror was still intact when I came out...it only came undone when I got on *****************I put in a claim, and they denied it, stating that it might have happened afterwards....I will never do business with them again and will state my opinions to others.

      On May 3rd, 2025, at approximately 6:30 PM, I drove my vehicle (QX60) through the Crew Carwash located in ************, **. Upon exiting the wash, I immediately noticed extensive paint chipping and scratches across multiple panels of the car. The damage appeared in a consistent, directional pattern on the left sidestrongly suggesting it was caused by abrasive or contaminated materials on the washing cloths used by the facility.I reported the incident to the site manager on May 5th. She personally inspected the damage, took 14 photographs, and submitted a formal claim on my behalf. Despite this documentation, Crew Carwashs centralized claims department denied responsibility, claiming the damage was not caused by their facility.What is especially troubling is that similar complaints are repeatedly documented in public ****** reviews for this same Crew Carwash locationspecifically citing paint damage and scratches resulting from their equipment. This indicates a broader issue of neglect and a pattern of customer harm that ********************** appears unwilling to acknowledge or rectify.I am filing this BBB complaint not only to seek reimbursement for the damage done to my vehicle but also to alert other consumers and hold Crew Carwash accountable for what appears to be an ongoing issue of customer vehicle damage and poor claim resolution practices.

      On 4/23/25 I visited Crew Carwash with my vehicle, which was in excellent condition with no prior damage to the rear bumper. During the course of the wash, the facilitys machinery caused significant damage, tearing my rear bumper from the vehicle. I have been a loyal customer for an extended period, holding an active membership and visiting the wash approximately every other day without incident. After the damage occurred, multiple Crew Carwash employees on site acknowledged that the carwash was responsible. They expressed clear surprise at the extent of the damage and spent over an hour attempting to temporarily reattach my bumper using zip ties. I was asked to complete an incident report at their direction, further documenting the situation. Despite these facts, Crew Carwash has since refused to accept responsibility or provide any assistance in repairing the damages they caused. It is evident that the damage was a direct result of their equipment malfunction or operational negligence, not any pre-existing condition of my vehicle. Crew Carwashs denial of responsibility, despite employee admissions and the clear chain of events, is unacceptable and may necessitate further legal action to ensure appropriate remedies are secured. The total cost of repairs at **** is approximately $1800. Also to add it wont let me upload my supporting photos/ documents.

      They are pointing out parts of my vehicle that werent affected by the wash. Those parts of the vehicle have nothing to do with the area that was damaged. The s**** pointed out is also a factory s**** There is no evidence on there end of the part of my car that got ripped off wasnt there fault. My vehicle went into the carwash undamaged and came out damaged by the carwash. Also please address me by my actual name because that is not my name.

      I purchased the unlimited wash plan and proceeded with my first wash. While in the blower room, I heard a sound that resembled fabric ripping directly above my head. Upon inspection, I discovered that the top of my vehicle was ripped from the cross mount.I submitted a claim to the company, but they responded by stating they were not responsible for the damage. During my conversation with ******** ******, the **************** Manager, he insisted that the wash could not have caused this damage and accused me of falsifying the ******** a former manager trained to understand the potential damages a wash can inflict, I am confident that this type of damage is indeed possible. ******** claimed, "It has never happened before, so you must be making it up." He also mentioned that if the crossbars are not reinstalled correctly after removal, they tend to tear. I clarified that I have never removed the top from my Jeep; it was installed by the manufacturer, and I only fold it back. Therefore, his explanation was invalid.Despite my attempts to discuss how car washes can cause damage to various parts of vehicles, such as wipers, trim, antennas, and windshieldseven when operating normallyhe maintained that those situations are different and beyond the company's control. Ultimately, he reiterated that they would not take responsibility, asserting that their wash operated as intended.I have attached a picture of a sign they have on their property stating they are responsible "Except" with a list of exceptions that are understandably not covered under their umbrella of responsibility. My damage does not fall within these exceptions.I am asking for either compensation for a replacement or the replacement of my soft top for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport.

      The rebuttal states the top separates from the bow arm at the stitching or the glue points - My vehicle does not fall into either of these - the fabric itself is ripped, not at the stitching or attachment point of the bow arm itself.  Again, I was in the car, heard it tear and saw the top suction up as I went through the dryers..  I would like to add that after further evaluation, the tear isn't just along one arm but both of the cross bar arms.  Knowing that both connection fabric strips ripped at the same time shows the wash is responsible.

      The company continues to deny any responsibility for this claim.  The issue happened in their wash.  I heard and watched it happen, in their wash.  After calling me a liar on the phone, they continue to claim they are not responsible. They claim to be responsible via signs posted on their property, however they do not follow what they have publicly posted.  They claim to be an updatanding business, but turn their back on the customer when they damage a $2000 part of my vehicle ultimately causing me the inability to use my soft top until I replace the part they damaged.  Just because they say they do the right thing doesn't mean it is true.

      I took my 2017 Dodge Charger (plate LS806) through Crew Carwash (******* location) multiple times, and began noticing damage that worsened with each visit. On my most recent trip, the rear bumper was loosened and scratched, and the taillight was chipped. The vehicle has never been in an accident or had any rear-end contact.Crew Carwash staff acknowledged that their machine may have caused the damage, but denied liability by claiming it could have been pre-existing despite no prior damage before using their car wash.I provided a formal demand letter with photos and gave them a chance to resolve this directly. They declined, and I am now seeking public and legal *********** requesting they cover the cost of repairs caused by their equipment.

      i took my car to their establishment. I went in for a wash and as I am drying the car I noticed a scratch, I file a complaint and the manager and I noticed that the car wasn't cleaned properly. So he advised me to go back in for a second wash and after coming out and drying I noticed 6 more posts that was not there before hand. These spots have pain chipping from them!! and the crew car wash rejected my claims twice refusing to take accountability for what they did!!

      Complaint Against Crew Car Wash Reason: Requesting Refund for Vacuum Overcharge I am filing this complaint to request a refund for a vacuum service at Crew Car Wash that did not work. I was charged nearly $5 for the vacuum, but it was not functioning properly. When I informed the attendant, he admitted that the vacuum had been having issues for some time.Although I was given a free car wash and a free vacuum voucher as a courtesy, I believe I am still entitled to a refund for the vacuum charge, as the service was not provided as promised.I respectfully request that Crew Car Wash issue a refund for the amount I was charged for the non-working vacuum.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,******** *******

I'm also sorry our attempt to remedy the situation by providing a free carwash and free vacuum was not sufficient.
