      Crew car wash and their customer service **** ******** ******* are very unprofessional. My vehicle was hit due to another drivers error and negligence on behalf of Crew employees. After my vehicle was hit no employee conducted any safety check to see if there were any injuries or anyone hurt. Secondly, the employee did not perform any quality control check on their equipment to check for clearances.The employee started up the machine and ran my car into the other vehicle a second time..i was told that I could not call the police because it was against their policy.i requested the other drivers information and they refuse to give it and told me it was illegal to record.I was told by ******** ******* that I couldn't receive and physical body damage because the vehicles move to slow. How can a customer service person give certified medical advice based on his personal opinion.i requested police presence and I was denied.i requested to use my own insurance and was denied.Crew members failed in safety procedures dealing with accidents and collision.Crew members were negligent in trained incident response and failed to properly activate emergency shut off and notify a supervisor.Crew members failed to document and obtain correct paperwork.Crew failed to communicate with me within 24 hours.I had to contact them.******** ******* focus is to find ways to deny liability for Crews and he maintains that police involvement is prohibited.Crew car wash policy against not involving police in accidents at the drivers request is against Indiana statue. Allowing drivers to give them the wrong insurance information and leaving the scene of an accident is against the law. yet they have a standing policy not to involve the police.Ask ******** ******* what is Crew car wash policy if another car hits a customer or employee?

      Crew Car Wash tricks people who don't speak English as a Native Language. They pressure their sales associates to sell monthly passes to people who don't understand what the product is at all. I recently reviewed my wife's expenses only to learn that she has for 11 months a recurring monthly fee from this car wash. My wife thought the fee was just for a single car wash. It was never used again the entire time. When I called, the manager would only refund 6 months and said "take it up with your credit card company". He was dismissive and didn't care. I asked him to inform his operations/management team to not do that. I asked him to run a query to see how many others have this monthly pass but never use it. There is no doubt in my mind that the associates are pressured and rewarded to sell monthly passes to even people who don't understand what the product is or means. This firm borders on being unethical and immoral by selling to non-English native folks who clearly don't understand how it works. The fact that they won't give a full refund is infuriating. I'd encourage readers to choose some other business. This one is unethical and unresponsive. They don't act in good faith. We won't be going there ever again...and you shouldn't either. Their call center agent was inflexible, their manager of the call center could care less except to enforce their "policy" simply telling me, we don't do this, we don't do that. Terrible experience.

      Heres a revised version reflecting that:I had an awful experience at Crew Carwash and feel compelled to warn others. After going through the carwash, I immediately noticed damage to my right front wheel. I take great care of my car and know the damage wasnt there before I arrived.When I brought it to the staffs attention, they flat out told me they disagreed and refused to take any responsibility for the damage. There was no effort to investigate, no willingness to listen, and absolutely no accountability. Their dismissive attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse.If this is how they handle customer concerns, I wouldnt trust them with your vehicle. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to stand behind their service is unacceptable. I wont be coming back.

      I was in line to get a car wash last weekend. The lady in front of me was having issues getting lined up apparently. I saw her vehicle Raise up in the back after the kid told her to put it in neutral. Then I saw her back up lights come on and she stared to back up. They seemed to have stopped the "pushers" and the gentleman was kicking at the guide rails as if to make them wider or who knows really. That car finally proceeded and I as well. Not 20 seconds into the wash I was thrown up and over the guide rails and into their sprayer system which proceeded to scratch the heck out of my passenger side front quarter panel. They shut down the car wash and brought a couple of small ramps out to get me back into the guide rail. The manager met me at the end and filled out a claim form. After almost a week I get an email saying that either my truck front end was either misaligned or I had turned the wheel. My truck alignment is perfect and my hands weren't even on the wheel and they are claiming no responsibility. Go figure. Corporate America wants to take no responsibility. Just out to take our money and blame their faults on others

      Went through the carwash like I have numerous times before and the blowers blew off a piece of my moulding on my truck, now Im out 332 dollars to get it fixed.

      I would give this business a minus when it comes to stars. I love how the investigation went from photos only by a car attendant. To this wonderful statement of. OUR EQUIPMENT IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED. To completely wash a car....AT THE SAME TIME it is designed to make it highly unlikely to damage your mirror as described on my complaint. Well like I said when the car goes thur and the thing hit your mirrors and you have to pull over to adjust your mirrors explain. Make it make sense.Of course I knew they were not going to do anything. Not a buyer remose issue. I just renewed. BUT I WILL NOT ADVERTISE FOR THEM AND I WILL SHARE MY REASONING HAND WASH WILL BE MY GO TO..

      I had a claim in my 2024 3week vehicle and a piece of cloth went and pulled side bumper out. **** would not stand up to them owning the damage. Very frustrating at least. **** from customer care in ******* Indiana should not be in the position he is in. When does it come to customer satisfaction.

      We had our best customer service of are life time. We recently bought a new van with wax remnants on the front of the hood. A crew staff member offered to scrub the hood and when the car wash was completed the same worker rubbed down the hood with a cleaning tool and rinsed it of again. Not to mention the store was closed When he was cleaning the hood. After we all finished cleaning he offered to take my daughter to get stickers even though it was twenty minutes after it was closed he was so nice ?? and just amazing.5 ??

      Like many of the comments posted here I have a similar story. I took my ****** truck through the car wash. When finished, I had 4 undulating, horizontal scratches from the front to back of my passenger side. I spoke with the manager who took pictures and gave me a Customer Incident form to fill out. I was told the scratches were consistent with car wash damage and I would receive a call or email within 5 business days. I did not receive either. I called the Crew location where the damaged was caused and spoke with ****, who told me they were not responsible because the scratch pattern was not consistent with their equipment and no other vehicles reported damage that day. The scratches are absolutely consistent with the movement of the overhead brushes that osculate up and down. As for no other damaged vehicles that day, I'm sure that is very possible. Whatever damaged my vehicle may have been dislodged and washed down the drain. The undeniable fact is that my truck entered with no scratches and came out with them. I always thought Crew had a pretty good operation until this incident. It's not over for me!!

      Car came off rollers my car was brand new about 400 miles it scraped the fender and they said it was my fault driver error and their not responsible went to the insurance company they set us up on a zoom call showed the video seen I did nothing wrong and still blamed it on me this place is a joke and just wanted everybody to know if something happens they will never take responsibility!!!!!
