    I was searching for a Dress for my wedding and purchased one from here on February 19th 2022. I was told it was suppose to arrive the end of May. The end of may comes no dress. I was told it shipped it will be here in June. June comes and I call and still being told oh it just shipped its on its way. It will be here for sure in July. July comes and still NO dress. The workers keep telling me it has shipped. I express to them Id like to speak to the Owner about this. Owner was suppose to call me to give me a tracking number, she never did but told her employees she did. Beginning of August still no dress to be seen. I walk into the business and the woman up front tells me the same thing Ive heard for months it shipped. Mind you my wedding is on September 10th 2022 and my dress still needs major altering. The woman up front called the owner in front of me and was told by the owner that the dress is being Expedited on August 2nd. Should arrive that Friday August 5th. I called August 5th and NO DRESS. The woman I spoke to on the phone said the dress was NEVER SHIPPED when the owner said she expedited The shipping for me. Im furious at this point because for 3 months Ive been lied to constantly about my dress being shipped and it never has actually shipped! I demanded to speak to the owner and was told I was #1 on her list to call back. Did she call me ever NOPE. She refuses to call me back. She made her worker call me while she was off clock in her home after I demanded a call back from her! Then I was told it would arrive on August 8th never came. They told me they were able to alter my dress at that shop before my wedding since I had so much time and not to worry. When I asked to schedule they told me they had no availability at all for me. For the last 4 months Ive been lied too 6 times about the arrival of my dress. The owner REFUSES to call me back or speak to me about this situation. Absolutely ridiculous the owner of this store!!!

    We bought my 4 bridesmaids dresses on January 15th, 2022. We were told that they would be in "worst case scenario" the beginning of July but were expected to be in most likely in June. Towards the end of June I called and asked for the status of my order and the girls in the store said that they cannot look that up and only the owner can. So they put me on a list that the owner goes through once a week and calls everyone on it. I never received a call. I called at the beginning of July and was told the same thing and I again, never received a call. I then called the next week and never was able to get through to the store. Calling multiple times a day and leaving voicemails and my mother and bridal party trying to get through as well. For 3 weeks straight I was only able to get through one time and one of my bridesmaids was able to get through one time. The girl in the store told me my dresses were in transit at the beginning of July. And were again told that we would be put on the list, and again, never received a call from the owner. Finally on 8/12/22 my mom and I drove to the store after never being answered. The worker in the store told me she would put me on the list for the owner to call and I explained to her that we have been told that for 6 weeks and never receive a call. So she called the owner while we were there and the owner admitted that they lied and the dresses have not even been shipped yet. I was also denied a tracking number. She said that she would put them on expedited shipping and have them ship on 8/15 and they would arrive by Friday. Friday 8/19 rolls around and I still have heard nothing. I called 15 times and left 3 voicemails and nobody answered me. My bridesmaids tried as well. I used ******** to message them and they read it and did not reply, also emailed and filled out the contact form on their website. My wedding is in 20 days and no dresses. (They also messed my wedding dress up and were supposed to pay me back and never did.)

    Ordered bridal gown and 3 bridesmaid dresses Oct. 2021. We were told no more than 4 month shipping on the bridesmaid dresses (expect them Feb. 2022). After February I was calling for updates every couple weeks without call backs from the managers or owner. It took until April to have someone confess that the shop never ordered the bridesmaid dresses! Their original excuse was that they need 20% down on the dresses. I reminded them that all the bridesmaids paid in full back in Oct. Their next excuse was that they thought the other bridesmaids were going to come to the shop too, but we were very clear during our visit that we had to travel and that the other girls would not be coming to *************** to order. They admitted that this was completely their fault and would now order the dresses in April with "rush" shipping of 2 months (now expect the dresses in June 2022).In Oct.2021 I was told to expect May 2022 delivery, June at the latest for the bridal gown. I started calling the shop in June to get updates on both my dress and the very late bridesmaid dresses. I got the run around that the dresses were made but that a manager would need to "release" them for shipping from the designer. They were unsure on why they hadn't been released yet but that the manager could release the next day when they were back on site. I was told shipping takes about a week so now the dresses were going to be delayed to first week of July. I've called multiple times in July. On 7/28 they said that an item had ship (unknown item) but they could get tracking number next day. On 7/29 they called and let me know that the bridal gown shipped but they failed to call the designer for the tracking information before the designer closed for the day, but that they would call for tracking information first thing Monday 8/1. Come 8/1 and still no tracking information. The owner has never called me. If I can't get all 4 dresses this week I want a refund since it's almost my wedding and out of time.
