**** was Great. Everyone at Ruoff was very helpful and so nice to deal with. As a first time home buyer I thought that navigating the process and mountains of paperwork would be a daunting and unpleasant ordeal. It was NOT! Most of the paperwork was done ahead of time on-line and the portal was easy to navigate and complete. I did not think I would ever own my own home. I'm so thrilled to be writing this review from my living room. **** accomplished everything she said she would and ever closed a VA loan in 34 days. I would highly recommend Ruoff Mortgage to anyone looking at lenders ****************Ruoff Mortgage
