The closing was delayed a few times but it was no fault of the lender. They kept in touch constantly, explained EVERYTHING in clear terms, and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They even sent a lovely gift after closing.

As someone who was very nervous as a first time homebuyer and had a poor understanding of the finances involved with mortgages, I cannot recommend Ruoff Mortgage and my lender *********************** enough. We spoke several times on the phone about what to expect ahead of time, and he personally reached out on several occasions when an important email was sent or a document was ready to be signed. He was consistently patient when explaining things to me, and I always felt comfortable asking him questions. I now have an amazing home, I cannot recommend ****** and Ruoff Mortgage enough for their above-and-beyond assistance in purchasing it.Ruoff Mortgage

I was referred to *********************** from a long time family friend. I needed to refinance my home. ***** and ***************** worked diligently on my home loan to get me the best rate they could for the situation I was in. They really went the extra mile trying to get a good mortgage loan for me. They worked extremally hard and I could tell that they cared about helping me save my house. At first I was happy with the service but one week after closing they sold my loan to another company. Closing costs were high. Not sure now if they were even within reason. I was not told that selling my loan was even a possibility. I feel betrayed. Had I known that my loan could be sold, I would have found another company. I do not recommend anyone using Ruoff MortgageRuoff Mortgage

Borrower satisfaction is a top priority at Ruoff, and with that did not happen for you. While we would prefer to be your mortgage servicing provider, it is common in the industry for mortgage loans to be sold to other banks or institutions for servicing. This is not our preference and we are actively working to service our originated loans in house in the future. My Mortgage Brokerage was ***********************. ***** was extremely helpful to me applying for a mortgage on my own for the first time. She was very thoughtful, kind, patient, considerate and so very knowledgeable. ***** made sure I understood everything completely at each step of the process, if I didnt, she made sure I did before moving on. She made sure the closing was done in 26 days due to my situation at the time! ***** was fantastic. If ***** is your Mortgage Broker, consider yourself lucky, shes the best!Ruoff Mortgage
