**** at ruoff is amazing he is the guy u want to work with he kept his word in every step of the way just get him the things he needs and he will get you done we closed in 21days he deffentely did his thing thats for sure if I could give 10star I would thank you once again ****

Ruoff, in my opinion, did some shady business by selling customer accounts to ********** LLC. With only 2 years+ on my loan, by closing my account it makes a negative impact on my credit. Almost double dipping, because then it looks like I immediately opened another loan with someone else. Disappointed that they are able to operate like this and treat customer's credit so nonchalant.Ruoff Mortgage

We sincerely apologize for your recent experience regarding your loan. Please know we at Ruoff take your comments seriously. While we would prefer to be your mortgage servicing provider, it is common in the industry for mortgage loans to be sold to other banks or institutions for servicing. This is not our preference and we are actively working to service our originated loans in house in the future. The transfer of your mortgage does not reflect negatively on your creditworthiness or payment history. The closure of your loan account and the zero balance do not lower your credit score and the zero balance reported to the credit bureaus are temporary and will be updated once the new servicer starts reporting your loan activity. This may take up to 60 days, depending on the reporting cycle of the new servicer. ****** and ***** at Ruoff Mortgage were life savers. This was my wife and I first time buying a home and they weee AMAZING. We had tons of questions and our realtor was absolutely horrible so we honestly dont know what we would have done without Ruoff. This is my second time using Ruoff Mortgage, same loan officer ************************** and he and his assistant were very quick in answering questions. This time around it was for a new build, so I had a lot of questions and received very detailed answers. They helped me through all the complicated spots and my dream home is now in the process of being built. I would definitely recommend **** and ******* for buying or building a new home!Ruoff Mortgage

I recently worked with ***** as my mortgage loan originator, and I have to say she was absolutely amazing!
