Our broker was wonderful to work with. She explained every step of the way what was happening and what we needed for the next step. We had everything ready with her help and didn't need to scramble to find documents. Honestly would never do this again without Ruoff's help and customer service. Unprofessional. Lazy. Leaves you hanging. Asks for documents not needed. Goes through third party when third party isn't on my income tax return. Has never met me in person.Ruoff Mortgage

I wouldn't even rate them they are no accommodations for there customers and lack any customer service I would never recommend them to anyone- useless company to use and go throughRuoff Mortgage
