****** was incredible to say the least. We had never met her before being referred to her, but she treated us like we were her only customer and had known ** for years. She was totally accessible and went above and beyond in every need we had and every step of the process. She was always one step ahead of everybody in the process which made this whole "ordeal" quick, easy and painless. Incredible employee you have - take GOOD care of her. I felt with a gentleman named *****, he was very professional and nice. Everything he quoted was accurate if not less than what he said I would need to close on my house. The process took less than 30 days! Quick responses and very helpful! Took time to explain the process and were we were at in the loan. Anything I didnt understand he took time to explain things to me or direct me where to go if he he didnt have the answers. Overall wonderful to work with! I was very happy!Ruoff Mortgage
