I cant say enough about how helpful this company is with the mortgage process. ******************************* is extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped me navigate the home buying journey. To anyone who asks me about finding a company I recommend you without hesitating. I do not have anything negative to say about Ruoff. Five stars! Well deserved!

When other mortgage lenders let us down in the final hour Ruoff came through like Superman swooping down and saving the day. My family and I are indebted to ***** and his team!! If you need to purchase or refinance please see *****. His communication throughout the process impeccable. I cannot say enough great things about him and Ruoff for making my dreams of being a homeowner come true. Buying a new home in a new city after an eventful year of caring for, and death of my terminal mother, was quite taxing. *** and ****** held my hand and walked me through the process. ********************************* was especially helpful and much needed. I just want to say me and my fianc was referred to ********************* and he went above and beyond for us anytime we needed him he was there and was always quick to respond to us. He was very straight forward and looked out for our best interest in the duration of a year as we was trying to find the perfect house. The process was smooth and I highly recommend him to all my friends! I normally dont like to write bad reviews because I dont want to hurt a business just based off of my experience with one employee, but when it comes to home-buying, its such a big decision that I dont want anyone to have to go through what we went through with a Ruoff lending agent. I got in touch with Ruoff due to the fact that they participate in first-time homebuyers programs. An agent contacted me right away even though it was a Sunday and he seemed really nice and knowledgeable. However, once we started looking at houses, our relationship went downhill. We only asked him to run numbers for 5 houses in a 2 month span (of which he only actually gave us numbers for 3 of them) but somehow that was too much work for him because he told our realtor after the 5th house that he wouldnt run any more numbers for us until we found THE HOUSE. Well, by all means, ***, please find us THE HOUSE because were tired of looking too! That was it for us. We got pre-approved with another lender that same day and put in an offer on a house we loved. It turned out to be THE HOUSE for us but Ruoff wasnt THE LENDER for us due to the unprofessional behavior we were shown by their representative. TLDR; If youre an experienced homebuyer who knows exactly what you want, maybe you wont tick them off; but if youre a first-time homebuyer with a lot of questions, then I wouldnt bother with Ruoff.Ruoff Mortgage
