Very rude service. They cheat in the loan process, they create such a situation that they steal more money than is necessary (*********************** and ***************************). They increase the amount of the loan at the time of signing. They cheat on the amount of the credit score in order to increase the interest and they cheat in the principal and interest amount. At the end of that, they run away and after 10 days they sell the loan to another company. Do not recommend their service to anyone.Ruoff Mortgage

We also took time to address your concerns and provided you documentation before you closed on your loan. This included detailed information about how we obtain your credit score and provided a full amortization schedule. While we would prefer to be your mortgage servicing provider, It is common in the industry for mortgage loans to be sold to other banks or institutions for servicing. This is not our preference and we are actively working to service our originated loans in house in the future. From the bottom of my heart I wish to thank Ruoff Mortgage along with ***********************, the loan officer in making my dream come true of owning my home after years of paying rent. From start to finish the process continued despite the hurdles and obstacles. Their were no surprises or empty promises. Whatever documents and information was needed, they were provided and processed. The loan officer guided me with ease and I felt confident that Ruoff Mortgage would succeed in providing me with a mortgage loan. So Thank you again and I would definitely recommend Ruoff Mortgage to those who need a loan or refinance without the **** or empty promises that some other financial institutions offer just to leave you hanging at the end.Ruoff Mortgage

Website is just terrible. Every single time I attempt to make a payment I have to jump through a bunch of hoops. Theres two separate logins.. makes no sense. Every time I log in, I get asked to go paperless or set up auto pay. In my opinion, they make the site extremely difficult to navigate in order to force your hand to set up autopay. Unethical. The loan officer I worked with 2 years ago was not pleasant to work with either. Other than this, it has been an OK experience. **** is outlined clearly.Ruoff Mortgage
