Fantastic service. From pre-approval to closing, we only spent a little over a month working with Ruoff and we closed on our projected close date. We went in to this process with high expectations and Ruoff and our loan officer went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations entirely. Our first home buying experience went so smoothly and was virtually stress free. Highly recommend.

******* and *********************** are a remakable team! They have fantastic communication skills, they work extemely efficiently, and they stayed on top of every detail of our complex situation throughout the entire borrowing process. They posess a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience and addressed every single question we had with quickness and clarity. I don't just feel like we got a great loan, but that we got it by working with great people who sincerely care about their clients. My experience with Ruoff was fantastic. My loan officer did an amazing job being clear and direct. There was never a moment of uncertainty about the process she took me through. ***** was very informative and patient with me.
