Started loan process in April and didnt close until September. Account was passed around to multiple different agents. Had to send in paperwork 2-3 different times because every time we got a new agent some form of our paperwork was lost. Communication was terrible. Phone messages were never answered. Emails were never answered. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!Ruoff Mortgage
