**** and his team were phenomenal! As first time buyers, we needed some extra help and explanations, and they were happy to explain everything and walk us through the process, and got us through the unexpected wrinkles easily. Ruoff was extremely easy to work with. Their online portal is superb. Our lending officer proactively kept us informed throughout the process and promptly responded to our questions and requests. The back office staff was very friendly and professional. They accurately processed all of our documentation in a timely manner which allowed our closing to be completed quickly and without any issues.Ruoff Mortgage
