At first this company was very pleasant and easy to work with. However, when my husband lost his job they were unwilling to work with us and it seems as if they have been setting us up for failure. This is a night mare I had to let all other bills go because after we were technically one month behind for 3 months (kept making payment but had a hard time catching back up) they were sending us paperwork about foreclosure ??!They have not been nice especially when a woman named ********************* up on me and another woman named ***** has sent me emails that seem more like she is being sarcastic rather than helpful. Please run from this company we will never work with them again??We have caught up finally and they are still being rude with short one answer phone calls and now we have to wire payments to them instead of making payments through normal means of payment plans. Good luck but none of this has been the pleasant experience they said it would be. They talked us into doing this loan when we had no monthly mortgage payment and we owned our home free and clear, they said this would be life changing, it seems like they are trying harder to take out home away from us than they are in trying to help us secure or property.Ruoff Mortgage
