They were great!! Runoff was very thorough, and communicated very well! We really appreciated ****, our loan officer, and how quick he was to get his side of things taken care of! Ruoff and **** were great to get a house through.

The process was made easy by the Loan Officer. ******** was quick when concerns or questions arose. We were made aware of all milestones approaching and knew what to expect. I would most definitely recommend Ruoff to friends if they are going through the mortgage process.Ruoff Mortgage
