i am a first time home buyer so i don't have a lot to compare to but Ruoff mortgage and their employee was very patient and helpful. anytime i have question they respond very fast. They have work hard and help me through the whole home buying process. they have got all my paperwork ready for everything in about 35 days from beginning to end. i would recommend them. In the future they will be my go to for business.

Horrible experience. We bought our home a year ago and was told we could finance the full amount then sell our current home, take the equity roll it to the new mortgage and re-amortize and get a lower payment. We had to leave ******* out to supplement our new loan montly payments because come to find out this isn't a thing. Completely lied to us.Then a year goes by, we can refinance to a lower payment after our loan was sold, and was told no problem title fees are *** all else should be waived. Less than 24 hours before we go in to sign docs and we get a message that we need to bring ***** to closing. We were told it's to fund the escrow account and the previous mortgage company would be sending us a check. And instead of the title fees being *** they were *****. To sum it all up. It was lie after lie that ended up costing me ********* of dollars. 100% would not recommend.Ruoff Mortgage

Hello ****. We at Ruoff sincerely apologize that your recent experience with us wasn't what you expected. We truly value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to share it. After contacting you to discuss your feedback directly, we continued our efforts to research your loan and found that almost all of the verbal communication about your loan was done with your co-borrower. This is a common practice as schedules are so busy that clients typically lean towards one of the borrowers discussing the loan process and answering questions,however, we recognize it can lead to missed information. We're actively exploring ways to ensure clear and consistent communication with all borrowers throughout the loan process, preventing any unexpected surprises.
We want to clarify that all written disclosures, loan estimates, and initial closing documents, including ************** information, were provided to both of you. The increase in the actual title fee is unfortunately outside of our control, as it's not a Ruoff charge.

In all instances we have worked with *********************, and our experience with *************************** has been outstanding. *************************** have made the entire loan process easy, have promptly and completely answered all questions that we have posed.
