Ruoff was wonderful and **** was wonderful to work with. Everything went to plan and after being scammed by other mortgage companies Ruoff really stepped up and assisted to get me into the home for my family.

I think **** handled my tough situation with obtaining my mortgage and getting everything in line and order well. I mainly enjoyed working with her on this mortgage. She also answered all of my tough questions as well.Ruoff Mortgage

Del at Ruoff was available to me at all times. Anything I didn't understand all I had to do was call. If you are unfamiliar with the mortgage process Ruoff Mortgage will explain every step. No question to small!Ruoff Mortgage

I really enjoy working with Ruoff Mortgage - with ***************************** in particular. She kept me informed every step of the way through the loan process and patiently explained things that I didn't understand. I would highly recommend working with her on your loan!!
