So far, service is excellent! Deliver can between time allotted and the delivery men were very polite and listened to me as I was worried about the mattresses hitting the hall light and bedroom fan. I have a small house and they were extremely careful.Long's Mattress

The staff was friendly, informative, courteous and did NOT push to make a sale. They were understanding while working with my mom and getting the bed to fit for her. The delivery guys were just as friendly, informative, courteous and quick. They made sure the beds were right where I wanted them.Long's Mattress

Longs furniture world is the best I bought a mattress from them couple of years ago and I had a little problem and they took care of it right away which I really appreciated that theyre delivery was perfect.
