      I purchased a new RV trailer in May of 2020. In March of 2021 we had mechanical issues with the trailer prior to owning it, at that time, less than a year and in full warranty. Issues persisted with the vehicle into late 2021 and after spending over &1000 in out of pocket repairs the issue seemed to be corrected. During this time I provided detailed warranty information to Keystone RV company in ****** *******. Finally, as of February 14, 2022 Keystone advised that they had received all the needed information to allow reimbursement of $1214 to be sent to me in check form. As of February 14 they advised me to allow 2 to three weeks before the check would be mailed. As of July 7, 2022 I have not received the check and after repeated emails to the Keystone agent handling the claim, I have not been contacted at all for any issue or update as to why I have not received the check. They ignore my emails apparently. VIN: *****************

       I am rejecting this response because:
      They told me they would send me an email so i could track the refund. I never got the email as they promised so i have no idea if they have resolved the issue. They seem to be stalling again.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      That is not what i was told nor have i received a call. I have always been the one to call them concerning this issue in the first place. Some weeks back i was contacted by *** who stated he had dropped the ball and would be mailing a check the next day and would send me an email to track the check delivery. That never happened so that is totally opposite of what they are saying here. Remember, I was told this check would be coming ever since Feb 14, 2022. It never has and they never advise me of any updates. I recently called and asked for an update and was told that *** would call me back. He never has. So I will be waiting for their call but I do not have much hope they will call.
