1 starIn October of 2021 we purchased the Keystone Arcadia. Since then we've actually had it for only 3 months. The rest of the time it's been in the shop for repairs. As I'm typing this review it's in the shop now for 2 months waiting for an AC unit that needs replacement. Actually both units need replacement but they've only received one so far. The first time we used it the furnace didn't produce hot air. Then the wife dropped her phone charger behind the couch which is along the back wall. Looking behind the couch we could see the ground under the ** because the bottom of the wall wasn't attached to the floor. The Dealership looked at other Arcadias on the lot and they all had the same issue. The refrigerator had to be replaced. The ** didn't work. Electrical plugins had to be relocated because they couldn't be accessed. When I raised up the steps the stops on the entrance door weren't adjusted correctly. The steps went over into the ** and the damaged wall needed to be replaced. The auto level NEVER worked properly. I'm sure there will be other issues after having these during the short time we actually been able to use it. I won't know because it's always in the shop. The Dealership has good service. It's Keystone that could care less about their product. The shop can't do the work if they don't have the replacement parts. I would never buy another Keystone ** or recommend anyone to do so. The reason I bought a keystone was because we had one that was totaled during a hurricane. I never had one issue with it. Things have really changed a Keystone. No quality at all. I made a big, big mistake buying this one. I did contact Keystone. A lady did respond with a phone call. She only sweet talked me about the issues and made me believe she would be of help. She only sent me an e-mail with the name of the service manager at the dealership which I already knew. Thanks for the great help if she's reading this review. 1 starFound out the hard way the shower and bathroom sink run into the black water tank.. How can that happen?? The gray water tank only holds kitchen sink water.. ??Very poor construction from the fake vent over the kitchen that goes to nowhere.. to the poor design where the bedroom gets absolutely no air from the a/c .. terrible access where you need to fix things .. had to replace the refrigerator and its exactly the same size as the door frame .. which is extremely hard to deal with ..Review fromParker M.

We bought a brand new 2022 keystone 290rls and this thing is built like a bunch of high school kids in shop class put it together! The FIRST WEEK after buying it we took it camping and had nothing but issues! First the trim on the inside starts falling off and I noticed pieces were nailed on crooked which is fine I just decided to over look it. Then when you take a shower water starts leaking through the wall into the bedroom floor. After that we turn the heat on and ALL of our stuff inside gets covered in saw dust so I took the vent off and look inside and the ENTIRE air duct has saw dust in it, not just a few spots but literally at least one good cup full of saw dust. Also only one side of the messager works on the recliners. After 3 days into the trip our refrigerator is starting to make noise so I won't be surprised if that decided to go out. This is BY FAR THE WORST camper and would rather have just saved $80k and sleep in a tent. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and unfortunately you don't find out until you've already bought it and it's to late.Parker M.

Forgot to add that after 4 days the In-command control system has completely stopped working through the screen (which controls pretty much everything like slides, lights, hvac, water heater, and waterpump).Parker M.

Update: we had to wait 4 weeks for Camping World to get it in to fit all the problems. Once we got it back I put it in storage for a month. I Took it out this week to take on a trip we had planned and now the Leveling System is throwing and error code and won't retract the rear legs. Also the incommand system stopped working again for a SECOND TIME so it looks like I have to cancel my trip and take it back into Camping World for repairs.Review fromJames C

1 starWe bought a 2021 Keystone Cougar 26RBS on March 20, 2021. On our first trip out it cam a hard rain in the middle of the night. Me and my wife were awaken by water dripping on our heads from a leak from the front window we thought. As the morning sun came up the rain stopped and I was able to use a ladder and I discovered where the water was getting in. The front cap LED lights that run across the front cap, the hole to fish the lights through was not properly sealed with silicone. This hole was allowing water to enter the front collecting at the base of the window spilling over into the bed soaking the mattress and carpet under the bed. Also we discovered water leaks under the kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as the shower. During a travel day the trailers front drivers side shackel from the suspension broke also the back drivers side shackle broke. I was able to get roadside assistance and was able to get back home to address the suspension issue better. My solution to the suspension issue was to replace it with the Morryde CRE **** upgrade kit. The slide paneling inside the trailer has fallen off, several other cosmetic issues inside aswell had to be fixed. The hinges that allow the bed to be raised up had to be replace due to not being strong or sturdy enough to lift the bed up. The refrigerator came out of its housing inside the trailer, the trim around the refrigerator broke and had to be replace. I know all this sounds minor but when you by something brand new and spend close to $50,000 you should be able to expect a product in better shape. I am sure I have left off some other things. But being sorta handy I was able to fix some of these issues. I did make contact with Keystone, I spoke with a *************************** and explained to him my disappointment with Keystone. I told him there is no way this trailer should have passed a quality control inspection. Also I seriously doubt and inspection was done as to quality control. 1 starWould not recommend anyone buy a Keystone camper. Im not one to usually write reviews but we bought a keystone impact 311 by fuzion new in 2018 and it has been nothing but problems. To start the rear a/c was hooked up wrong and messed up a electrical board so I did get the rear unit changed under warranty. Then right out of warranty I had the fresh water tank literally fall out from under the camper the only thing that kept it from hitting the ground was the braces holding the tank wedged against the frame. The braces holding the tank are 1/8 steel to hold 130 gallon fresh water tank, should have been at least 1/4 steel with more bracing. Now the front a/c unit is leaking water between the ceiling and roof and running back and dripping water out of a light fixture in the kitchen area , the floor is falling out of the slide where the 4 seater couche is I can literally stick my hand outside the camper beside the couche because the floor has sagged down. The awning does not roll up straight and has small pin holes in , One of the front hydraulic jacks blew out about 2 months ago while camping and the whole front of the camper set down on the ground and was a nightmare to get hooked back to my *********** mean it literally sheered the bolts off the top of the **** and blew out the top of the cylinder with us setting outside. I understand campers have issues because you are pulling a house down the road but I dont believe you should have this many major issues with whats supposed to be a quality camper that we paid a pretty high price for that also gets parked inside of the shed when we arent using it , my very soon next camper purchase will definitely not be a keystone because Im just fed up with working on this one because of poor quality.Review fromWilliam H

Purchased a 2020 keystone avalanche 395bh and its been a literal nightmare. As soon as we got it from the dealership the heater wasnt working (they came and fixed it) though its gone out multiple times since and still doesnt work. All the trim was coming off, the couch bed is STILL broke, the recliners are broke, the front ac has NEVER worked. Almost every window shade is broke. The fireplace quit working the microwave and fridge all quit working. The water pump for the fresh water tank doesnt work. When you try to use the black tank cleaner water just pours out from the underbelly of the camper. Anytime we call any authorized dealer they give us the run around and no one actually has ever helped or done ANY warranty work. The dealership we bought it from always told us we had to call keystone and they are NEVER any help. Oh and not to mention now the entire hydraulic system has issues. Slides wont come in and out, auto leveling system never works. Camper is throwing a code ground to hall but yet no keystone dealer can tell us the issue or send anyone to fix it. Each dealer we talked to contradicts the issue that the last dealership told us was wrong. Oh and there is now visible water damage showing on the outside of one of the slide out from how poorly built this keystone camper is. So sad they can rob people of thousands of dollars and not back up their name. STAY AWAY FROM KEYSTONE PRODUCTS!!! Oh and let me just add the from the poor install of the sink faucet my entire counter top broke while the camper was in tow. And both exhaust fans in the rv went out as well. Whoever they have putting these campers together should be held responsible for all the damages they leave their customers stuck with. Only giving them one star because zero stars isnt an option. Because now were stuck with $100,000 of a non functioning trash KEYSTONE rv.Keystone R V Company

I bought a trailer from ****, after **** miles an 3 years it, the trailer, has decided that its done, an is literally falling apart. This company knows this an denies that it exists. So they Just ignore it an maybe it will go away attitude at the assembly plant. They use staples instead of screws an glue for assembly. They have a frame issue an know it, but they let it fail an the customer has to pay the consequence if it goes out of warranty. Mine went, as many before me has, gone out just before the 3 year warranty expires. My opinion is that, because there are so many of these complaints that they should, an need to address them. In my case ,the left side panel came off but the wires to the running lights kept it on, if the panel had fallen off, at 70 mph it could have killed somebody an there would be nothing that I could have done to stop it. I have, unfortunately, many other issues on this trailer, an its only 3 years old, an only has **** miles on it? Wheres is the integrity to produce quality products in this company? I will never buy from them again. If anyone else shares my opinion then this company will be doomed, unless they change. ThanksKeystone R V Company

WORST RV PURCHASE EVER. Purchased a new Premier Bullet travel trailer in March 2022 and roof leaked at first rain 2 days later. Dealer fixed that, but while on our MOVE (the dealer knew we were leaving the State) to another State we had one issue after another. At every stop for the night we were cleaning up sawdust on the floors. Couldn't find where it was coming from until we turned on the ** for the first time and got it in the face out of the vent. Table bed broke and collapsed 2nd night of use. Window shade would not stay down unless duct taped, frost in refrigerator caused by door not sealing tight, trim inside peeling off all over. Sink caulking peeled off first time I tried to wipe the areas clean. Door locked us out. Didn't fit correctly so latch was not lined up. We had to fix that once we jiggled the door 20 minutes while turning the key to get the door unlocked. Doors and windows fit very poorly. Water and air leaks around windows. Windows seem backwards since all anyone has to do to get in is easily remove the window from the outside. Lifts right off. Screens are inside the window. Not insulated well at all. Freezing cold up front. Microwave has mind of its own. Worked sometimes but burnt food in same spot on plates every time it was used. Toilet seat screws stripped out so seat was loose always. Much more wrong and when we finally got to where we were going, had to wait months to be able to get the trailer in for warranty work and they want to just repair 5 items at a time. Can't use it and its parked waiting to get in to a repair shop for another month. Keystone customer service is absolutely no help. Gave us other dealers to go to. None do warranty work for Keystone. We got ripped off. We just want our money back. But it looks like we are stuck paying for this piece of junk we can't use or get fixed.Keystone R V Company
