      I purchased a ******* 2955RL 2022 in August. The first time we used the ** we had water all over the bathroom floor because the shower door drain was installed backwards. After a couple of uses of the vent fan in the bathroom, the switch went out and the fan would not shut off. The furnace has been in the shop for 2 months with no expected repair date. The roof is now leaking. With all these issues, the dealership tells us they are 8 months behind on repairs. I contacted Dutchmen and expressed the fact that we have had issue after issue with the ** since we purchased it. The response I receive is, that is what your warranty is for. We have no control over the fact that your ** has had issue after issue, you didnt purchase it from us, we only manufacture them.My biggest complaint is the wait time for repairs and Dutchmen having an its not our problem response. I would love to be able to use my ** with no issues and actually be able to enjoy it.

      I just bought a springdale made by keystone, if you care about your customers think then you should respond to some of theses not to just a dealerships! I wanna tell you the manufacturing on the Springdale camper is no good I can send you a videos so you the problems! And the cheap made things that should be there definitely when we are paying ****** for this camper. I dont know who the boss when manufacturing is happening? but you need to have little talk with them I can send you video all things that is peeling offf the cabinets and the exhaust fan not working in same week we bought the camper the designs coming off the bathroom sink the radio antenna wire being to short to hook up there many thing wrong with the manufacturing!       Just purchased a 2022 Keystone Cougar 26 *** **. The Keystone Cougar website says the ** comes with ******** Endurance Tires, this is incorrect, it comes with ******************* I contacted the Keystone RV **************** at ************ who proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have purchased the ** if I didn't like the tires, paraphrasing. My issue is false advertising. At close to 50k, I expect the decent tires that are advertised, not tires that are half the price. It brings into question everything that is on the website as standard equipment as the person I spoke to said everything can change without notice. She sited supply chain issues for the different tires. I was able to pull up multiple sites that had the advertised tires in stock. She said Keystone would not replace the tires. It would be an easy fix for Keystone to send me four ******** Endurance tires as advertised. I'll adjust this review if appropriate action is taken. "The ************************ (FTC) prohibits all types of false adverts including television, internet, and radio. Auto dealers are subject to FTC rules as well. Advertising that misrepresents a trailers condition, price, or features is prohibited by law."

      LlNDA P I bought a 2022 Keystone Kodiak ultra lite travel trailer from *************************************.It was the end of september,2021.This unit just came in.I was leaving for arizona the beginning of october. From the day I brought it home,it started to fall apart.I took it back to the dealer, to have the issues fixed.The trim above the slide was falling off,and there was a 5 by 5 inch hole under the shower and I could see outside.This is supposed to be a four seasons unit.I waited four hours they never did a thing.I left for ** and each day when I stopped for the night,I noticed some new issue.When I got to my campsite and set it up the slide would not level.The hot water tank did not work,I turned on the tv,there was blue lines down the screen.I called Keystone,they said take it to a dealer in ****** and get it fixed.I had just unpacked,set up,and removed the hitch,which weighs about 65lbs.At 71 years old thats no easy feat..All the dealers wanted me to bring it in,they would get to it in a week or so,than order parts,and put it on their list.I was living in it.They were useless.I got it back to ny in april.It has been at the repair place since than.Seven months,And keystone just sent them the parts.The tv was mounted on the pantry door.the door has very strong magnets,it took two hands to open it,and than it would slam shut.Now thats a design flaw.Because you have to open the pantry door multiple times a day.It is still not fixed,I don't know where to turn.I just want my money back its a terrible ***********.

      on the first camping trip I lowered the awning, a few hours later went to the store, was gone maybe 2 hours, there had been a very light rain. the tube to the awning was broke(collapsed) in the middle. The road side assistance people offered a tow but seeing that you couldn't get the awning back up that was not doable. Got a guy to come out and remove the whole awning($300). Been in contact with Keystone several times, their standard quote is "we don't know how that would have happened, so we are not covering it". Guess what, I don't know how it happened either! Several other shoddy workmanship items that were cleared up by General RV in Ashland. We have a big investment in our Outback, all we are asking is that they fix our awning. As we speak I would never by another Keystone product if this is how they cover their Warranty work.

      I am a first time RV owner. Bought my Springdale March 2022. Nothing but trouble. Dealership **************************** ** doesn't care or want to help. All employees there are dumb to complaints. Saying not there problem it's Keystone problem. No one wants to help. Not dealership or manufacturer. Stuck. Not fair. Not sure what to do next.

      Less than one star....We just bought a 2022 Cougar 24rds 5th wheel from RVOne in ************, ******** in June. One issue after another including: a leak in the bedroom area and under bath sink, the shower stall walls are severely bowed and not attached to the wall, travel latches on fridge are broken and much of the facia on kitchen cabinets is peeling off, and more . Really? This is a brand NEW unit! The dealer can't get us in until Thanksgiving with no guarantee it will be repaired by April. Run, not walk away from this brand and dealer.

      Right from the first issue on my 2021 Keystone Bullet, I knew Keystone Warranty was going to be a battle. The absolute worst manufacturer I have ever dealt with when trying to submit warranty repair claims. Incredibly poor workmanship lead to several defects throughout the unit, most substantially the framing under the bed was welded poorly causing the framing to fail which has now led to keystone saying they cannot see the issue, so they declined the warranty submission. After attempting to appeal, they quit replying to email and not until after I called back in and rattled the cages did I get a response back basically telling me their decision is final.Terrible service. If you're looking at purchasing a trailer, avoid keystone products.

      Bought a Keystone 2022 Outback 330RL. The dealer ( General RV) was a *****, period. Tried to hide $$$$$$ in warranties I did not want. Did not deliver unit on time. Suspect unit was floor model and not new. Worst experience ever! The coach itself not good, shoddy workmanship throughout! Moldings fell off, nail and staple holes, doesnt look finished. Scratched cabinets, rip in floor they tried to repair as well as a depression the size of a quarter. Very noisy refrigerator, a GE, called dealer, said call Keystone, they said call Ge. GE could not find anyone to work on their own product. Long story short,GE gave me a check for a new one, could not find someone to install new one. I was left to my own devices. AC, their highly touted revolutionary Blade system is a joke. Replaced all the vents myself, now I can adjust as necessary. I got 2 ac units, but only operate as one zone. Slide window leaks. Told me I would have to take it apart, as to properly identify the types of gaskets used. I ended up siliconing all the seams myself. Bent screen and water access door replaced by Keystone DIY. Thank God for them. They also replaced my kitchen table, as the paint came off the first one. So I had to install the new one myself. Trap fell off the kitchen sink and the basket strainer leaked. Rip in shade, sent me a new one, I replaced myself. Good thing I am handy. Shower base had no support, huge hole cut in floor, shimmed and supported it myself with wood blocks and shims, lots of liquid nails. Bathroom floor, and base of toilet, top of shower, not chalked. Hydraulics to hold up bed not strong enough, installed stand myself. TV entertainment center did not work, had to send it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, at my expense. Keystone bears no responsibility for warranty claims.You spend a lot of money and you get garbage and dealers are overrun with warranty work, sad situation. Dealers just want to sell!

      Bought at Keystone Bullet 2021, within year, roof had bubble on top while driving down the road, we let Keystone know, and *************. It was under warranty. $7000.00 estimate for repairs. We were told it was normal wear and tear and they would not fix it. Keystone does not back their warranty. I would not recommend Keystone to anyone.
