      When I ordered the bulbs and paid for them, the delivery estimate was late September. Now they tell me they do not have the bulbs and are waiting for them so they can be shipped. The new estimate delivery to me early November. We typically get snow early here in Minnesota, if they arrive after it snows they are useless to me. If your delivery slipped out this far we customers in the northern states NEEDED to be notified. Even with global warning, it snows up here!

      I do not want to get bulbs in the snow. I want to cancel this order and get a full refund. Frozen bulbs do me no good whatsoever. We should have been notified of the month plus delay.

      Please refund me the $116 I paid you many months ago.

      Thank you for your correspondence. Your Brecks orders shipped from Holland on 09/12/2022 (except for the Pride Tulip Collection which was cancelled today). Once the order arrives in port and clears customs, you should be able to track it. You should have your order by the end of September. The tracking number will be ***********************
