  It was a good experience to use Angi! I was searching for contractors who did what I needed and in minutes I got a text from someone. We scheduled the appointment 9am Saturday. He showed up on time, gave me good advice, we agreed on the job details and he completed it in a timely manner at a fair price. Very happy!

  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!I just cancelled my subscription due to the leads no good and while I am on the phone discussing they trued charging my card. Why wouldn't you tell me about a charge?WHAT A JOKE

  I was I could have a lower review they got me under false contract and then keep sending me delete that none of the customers pick up the phone and when I try to cancel they need 1000 doller to cancel and they said if I dont pay it, they will send it to collections and then the collection will take it. They are a mafia and should not be allowed to operate the way they are absolutely garbage.

  This service was part of my purchase of a ceiling fan with BED BATH AND BEYOND. I was told their electrician had been confirmed for intallation on the 20th of June between 1:30 pm and 4pm. I spent the afternoon waiting. No one contacted me during the day, only and e-mail from this company saying I was confirmed. I called. Turns out my electrician was not to be found and they wanted me to reschedule. I definitely said, "NO" and would no longer use their services and I wanted a full refund. This Company is not dependable in my estimation and I am fully disappointed in the Companies that list them as a service provider. I will find a more reliable electician to do this project. I also left a complaint with the BBB clearly states in red: This business is NOT BBB ACCREDITED. I advise you to avoid. Thank You

  I was talked into changing from Angi leads to Angi ads. With Angi leads I was paying $300 a month. I ended up getting 3-4 jobs a month. I only make around ******* on a job so about half of what I earned went to Angi. Not great, but better than nothing.They convinced me to switch to Angi ads. They said I would get more and better leads. It was a one year contract at $400.00 a month. After 7 months and $2800.00 I have gotten one actual job. I made around $300.00 for that job. There is also an early cancelation fee. They charged me another $700.00 just to get out of this horrible deal. They said the contract doesn't actually promise I will get ANY work, even if their sales people assured me that I would. I canceled the service today. The total now is $3500.00 for one job where I made $300.00. I lost $3200.00 by using this service. This has basically destroyed my small business. I have used several other leads services and none of them were great. With some, I about broke even. With others, I made a little money. None of the other services took thousands of dollars and provided me with next to nothing.Thankfully this is a business I was planning to work on part time. I am on social security and my mother has helped me out. If I had to depend on my business to pay the bills, I would be homeless now. If you actually depend on your business for a living, avoid this company at all costs. You will go broke.There is a good reason Angi is not BBB Accredited. I can't really say it is nothing but a scam. Maybe it works out for some people. For me it was a complete disaster.

  I had contacted Angie's list and this service was recommended to us. 0 rating. Poor service. Never showed 1st time. . We are Senior citizens on a fixed income, and have some health issues. We met with the ******** lawn care people and discussed what we would like done. Very disappointed in what they didn't do as promised. . They were paid before we saw the lawn work they were to do. Very sad that they took advantage of us. We had a second opinion from a local and he said they absolutely did a poor job. I have tried to contact them numerous times And they have never returned call back.

  hired a landxcaper thtough their recommendation initial service was good but then after issurs with sprinkler system they never came back to fix. kept getting be there tommorrow and they never showed supposed to mow and never dhowed no recourse through angi as we didnt have membership but funny that was never mentioned as it was texted and worked through phonr

  I did receive responses for my inquiries. Very professional contacts. The phone calls from Angi 3 times were obnoxious. I don't speak Spanish, but they barely spoke English. I could barely communicate with the women that called me. They were marketing calls about what other services I needed. I asked on the third call to please take me off the calling list. Won't use again. Thanks Angi!

  Do NOT use Angi. I was forced to book with them when I purchased a new mattress from ******* online. I needed them to haul away the old one. The un"professional" was an hour late, then he dumped the mattress around the corner on the side of the road of my neighbor's house. After an hour of "chatting" with an online representative from Angi, they forced me to rebook with another un"professional" to finish the job (do it right the first time) and refused to refund me my money for the trouble. Instead, she dropped the chat. The second un"professional" canceled my booking 3 minutes after sending me a message asking for the address, which they already had. I got an email saying they are charging me the full booking since I didn't cancel 2 hours before the scheduled booking. They definitely do not stand behind their "happiness guarantee". The first un"professional" should be fired and fined a fee for illegal dumping. ******* should not partner with Angi. They don't provide sufficient services.

  I have tried using multiple times over past few years AND never once did I get satisfactory responses. In most cases, responses I got were they don't do what I needed done, even though I was very specific on what I needed done. Most recently I needed specific help on replacing a pump for an inground spa. With leads I got from Angi list, with follow-up they all said they don't work on spas -- amazing even though I was very explicite in my initial request.
