      Absolutely horrible. This business is a scam. They sell you a service of leads which are all dead ends. It is a 1 year agreement which terms you agree to by simply using their service. You are not given the option to review the terms and select the box that you have read, understand and agree to those terms. Once you are in, the only way out before the end of the 1 year contract is to pay a 35% fee of the remaining amount of the contract yearly subscription price. I am outraged by the situation that I'm in with this company. To be fair, the people I have spoken with have been kind and helpful to a certain extent, but the company's ethics and business model is deceitful. ******!

      I have told this company not to contact me 20 plus times and to opt me out of all communications. I am still being contacted I am filing a lawsuit for harassment charges DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. Not only has Angi Services charged me when I was not even providing services on the app. They continue to take "fees" from me as I complete jobs. One of my clients also informed me she paid $500 for the service I was providing and I saw only $200 of it, they implied to her that the $500 would also include any reimbursement for supplies that I purchased however, that was not the case and we were both out the money. Angi, Handy, whatever you want to call it is a scam and I suggest not spending a dollar with them.

      Bought a garage door opener from ****** with installation. Apparently Angi is now the one who handles it. They rescheduled my installation three times, and then just canceled it altogether. I talked with customer service and they refused to reopen it, and said that I needed to make a new booking for the service they rescheduled three times then cancelled. I will be returning it and getting from somewhere else. Very frustrating experience.

      they book your service without having contractors in your area and hope they can find someone to do it. they no showed twice on me and didn't communicate that no one was coming. waited two full days,lost time at work and the response was oops, we will maybe show the third time if we can find some one to do the work. Use another service, thumbtack hasnt let me down yet.

      Awful all the way around! As a 13 review, verified 5 star service provider, AVOID!!!Sends leads for services not provided and always reject credits after charging you. **************** only attempts to con you with credits into remaining a provider then they magically disappear, even if you have paused your leads. All they do is cost you money for inaccurate leads. Save your time, headaches and money.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my money. No show on the Monday, rebooked for Wednesday - no show. Rebooked for Friday - no show. Demanded refund and they told me it will only be by check in 3 to 5 weeks. Fingers crossed that the check will show up. Avoid at all costs.
