Handy man never showed up and on the app it says he started the job but never did. I never canceled the appointment either but the app sent a message that I canceled the appointment 30 mins before the job was supposed to start. *** called and messaged the guy but no response. I better not be charged for a no call no did job.

I was attempting to get an ******** sliding glass patio door repaired as it was difficult to open. I searched the web and started to complete a form for Home Advisor. I typed my name, address, phone number and email address noting the service needed. I never clicked send as I was afraid of what might happen. Sure enough, I continually receive emails, texts and phone calls from Angies List. It is nonstop despite my unsubscribing numerous times. I even responded Not doing project at least 5 times. I even got a call at 8:30 AM on a Sunday morning. This activity is unacceptable and annoying to say the least.

Horrible company, they sell you leads that they failed to mention that they sell to everyone else. They also fail to mention when you sign up that you have to pay for the lead even if you do not get the job. A very horrible service. I wish I knew about this before signing up. I can see why there are nothing but bad reviews in regards to Angi Leads. buyer beware.

Disappointed with my most recent project thru Anji.com. Had two local contractors reach out to me and discuss details within the first day - that part was good. AND had EIGHT calls from the same overseas call center over the next two days. No idea if there was even a real contractor behind this cheap "lead chasing" effort - I didn't engage with them.

Terrible. It has been two months without my AC fixed. They keep sending me people who don't respond. I had a terrible summer because of their lack of professionalism. Do not use Angi List.

Good selection of vendors and my choice delivered exactly what I and my wife wanted. Replace old Fence with New Fence and gates

This is the absolute worst way to get work.Leads are not guaranteed work: only ~8% of leads turn into actual signed quotes, which means your quotes must be over 10 times higher for what Angie's charges you, in order to recoup the advertisement $$$. As an example, Angie's charged me $120 per minisplit install job, which forces me to overcharge my customers by over $1200 just to cover the advertisement costs!!! This is simply not sustainable. Not to mention all the gas and time wasted to chase around ghosting customers. You may as well get yourself a wood burning stove and toss your hard earned money in it to get a better return on investment. This way you'd be warm, and save some time.

Angi came through once again! We found a wonderful landscaper and couldn't be more pleased.
