  Angi Leads should be named Angie Misleads. We're not the type to raise a ruckus or even complain very often, but they are an exception. Very Poor customer service, Very Poor & misleading business practices. Extremely difficult to cancel and impossible to get refunded as a contractor. Not worth it.

  My wife and I have asked for this company to not call anymore and delete our account. We requested services told our budget. They listed services in budget. But then sent contractors out with 2x the cost. Then proceeded to call 5+ a day and try to pressure us into choosing their high price services. After asking to delete our account cause no services done, they are still calling for quotes.

  Horrible! Used them for a service & was not satisfied so I tried to contact them many times to get help with the bad company & no one would reply back & help with it. They do not stand behind the service's they offer, as they say. I would not recommend them to *************** of the people that they have listed to send to your home. The company that I signed up for, sent the people out to my home without my knowledge, no appt, no call's. I reported them & could not get any help from Angi.

  Suspicious at best.Contacted Angi for handyman work to repair a front stoop railing. One contractor called me right away and came the next morning to give me an estimate. He showed up on time but said he needed to talk to his friend about the repair and he would call me back in 2 hours. I haven't heard back in 2 days. In the meantime, another contractor called and left a message but provided an disconnected number. Then a woman called and said she was with Angi and could do the job for $149 for labor and materials sight unseen. I said that I didn't think the repair could be done for $149 and I wanted an estimate. She then informed me that if she sent the contractor to my house and I didn't hire them, there would be a charge - amount unknown (very broken english). I don't know what kind of scam they are trying to pull but they will never get my business.

  Worst experience. The person they sent caused thousands of dollars of damage to my house, left the job incomplete and then they billed me for it. DO NOT USE ANGI to hire anyone! I got quoted $315 to remove old door and screen door, replace doors with new door and frame new doors, but they sent 2 guys who were clearly not professionals and just apologized repeatedly about how they screwed up. they put door in wrong place, then said I had to pay someone else to do the framing bc they didn't know how and they couldn't put the screen door on bc they need additional framing, which is crazy bc there was one there before. They broke my digital lock, destroyed the brand new door trying to get it in, and now the door DOESN'T CLOSE and there are large gaps between the door and tile and you can see the outside through the door and now we can no longer use the door. Angi said you don't pay until the job is done, but they immediately billed me. This company should be shut down. Now I will need to pay thousands to fix the mess they made.

  Horrible experience using Angi for lawn care. The work would supposedly be scheduled and either no one would show up or it would be rescheduled over and over. I prepaid almost $90 for service and am now going in circles to get a refund as no one ever showed up to do the work. The guys standing outside ********** might not be insured but they are a million times more reliable.

  Angie's list is a wonderful resource to help me find services (plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, fence installation, etc.) with highly reputable companies in my own local area. This saves me lots of time and money!!!
