      I contacted Angi to have my pool cleaned out. I had the service confirmed and they told me I didnt have enough money in my bank account to cover the charge of $1200even though the service had not been performed. The reason I didnt have enough money is because they charged my card 4 times in the amount of $1245 each. FOUR times and they say I have to contact my bank. I have used them before to install an ** and they submitted a duplicate charge but it was only $59 and I got it back. The issue is, what if I bounced checks due to their taking $$ to HOLD until services are performed? **************** reps are all foreign and do not understand. I did find *** in customer service who did understand and was helpful. I was happy with the ** unit install even though it was a dude who was local. He did a good job. Otherwise, not sure Angi is all that it says it is.

      My experience with Angi was very positive. I feel the companies that contacted me were good, and I found a contractor to do the job through Angi.

      Excellent.. were on time every time.. very professional & polite. Repaired a huge crack on my garage and then leveled it and did their epoxy chip system. Cant believe we the difference it made!!! I cant even ever tell there used to be a crack. The team was super helpful & kind.. lifted and carried stuff for me.. I knew I hired the right company when I pulled up to the house w/ a car full of groceries and ***** jumped right up and carried in my big bag of dog food and case of water. Totally recommend!

      I was promised money-back gaurantee for electrical work. But the Electrician did not show up at all. Angi DID not refund my 100% of the money as was promised when they charged me for the electrical appointment.They refunded 50% of the money and I've to wait for them to call me back and let me know why they will not refund my 100% of charged money.Pathetic service and FALSE money back gaurantee.

      Way over priced and rude on the phone. They send all customer calls to other countries, then we deal with reps who speak broken English, they cut you off while you are speaking, incredibly rude and push hard to make a booking so they can charge you quickly. They charge over 80 dollars an hour for a simple ************** a disabled Vet and had to pay 160 dollars just to have someone come and spend 20 minutes changing out some batteries because I cannot climb a ladder. If the pro finishes early, there is no refund to the customer. Terrible company.

      Of all the times I have used Angi, I was only able to find a pro once.
