      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If I had any other choice of home health care company I would not use them. But unfortunately they are the only company my health insurance uses. It took them nearly 3mths to process my order. Then after I pay my part not covered by insurance ****** I get an email stating there is a delay and it could take another 2-3 more mths to get my cpap machine. I had to tell them I was going to contact 3 on your side and by a miracle I had it that night. Come to find out that they over changed me by ******. Which now Im getting the run around again for my refund. 1 star would actually be -10 stars

      Horrible company. They add unknown charges and expect payment NOW! THERE SUPPLIES ARE NOT GOOG either. I'm trying and trying to find help to get out of this horrible situation.

      Avoid using Apria Healthcare. Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Poor communication and service. Questionable processing on orders an insurance claims submitted. I have spent hours trying to take care of issues with them!I will never use them again.

      This company has the worst customer service I have ever received! I have asked for an itemized receipt for the last 6 months so that my FSA can pay my $36 ****, and they have not. The woman ****** that I spoke with today was so incredibly rude and disrespectful, to the point where I hung up. I will do everything in my power from now on to NEVER do business with them again!
