      Incredible. I have been an Apria customer for years, using ResMed CPAP devices. A question developed. I called the ****************, ** office and left a message. No call back. I called again, reported my issue, and a woman said a respiratory specialist would call within 48 hours. No call in days. Today, I telephoned the headquarters in ******* and got the same message as usual: All the service reps are " busy helping others and your call will be answered in the order received," or leave a number for a call back. I left my birthdate, zip code, and phone number. No call back.That's it. Finished with Apria. Everything said by the other respondents is correct. The company is simply indifferent to service, top to bottom, and no one in administration seems to be paying any attention.

      Talked to an Apria customer representative 5 days earlier to order oxygen tanks. I called again the Tuesday they were to be delivered. I was told there was no work order. I ordered again but won't be home nor will I have oxygen for my jury duty.

      The company is a fraud and scamp and a complete rip-off. I bought a CPAP from them. It has been two years since they sent bills to pay off. I pay more than the price of the apparatus. My insurance also paid for the device. They kept billing me. I called customer service and told them about that each time, but they kept sending me a ****. This company is such a fraud. Do you know how to complain about them officially?

      This company is a disaster to do business with, they won't pick up the phone to answer questions, they won't get back to you when you want to check the status of an order. For months they have put me off on ordering a new cpap machine, saying I had to have a new sleep test, so I had a home sleep test and my primary care read it. Then they used the excuse that the wrong doctor had read it, now I'm getting a burn smell from the machine while using it and just last week a message came across the display panel saying the motor had exceeded its normal life.So, I went to my primary care to get a prescription for a new machine, he needed the model and pressure settings, O called when I got home and gave them to the office, I called United Healthcare and they called and spoke with **** *** from ********************** and it would be taken care of, three days later and I haven't heard anything from my ******* ********************** or the insurance company?I called ********************** again and they still won't answer the phone, I finally had to leave a message? Do yourself a favor and do business with anyone except Apria Healthcare! I have decided to drop them and go with another company.

      This company is a fraud. Never received any supplies and ordered anything from them. Every day they harassed me. Spend so much time to make them understand, but they keep harassing me. Really a shame for them.

      Terrible company for their billing procedures. The local office tried to help and gave up because they couldn't even figure out their billing practices or get answers on simple billing questions. I am extremely unhappy and wish I never ordered a CPAP machine from them. I would NEVER use them again.

      If I could leave negative star review I would. This company is absolutely horrible and has no care or concern for the patients or their families. We have been trying to get a pick-up of the bed my father-in-law died in for over 24 hours. I sat at my in-laws home for over 3 hours last night waiting for the pick-up, kept calling and being told the driver was on the way until midnight. Finally was told the pick-up had been rescheduled for the next day [Saturday] for the on -call driver. Again, never showed up and when I called back and asked for a manager, the driver called me back and said he was the only one working and could not pick the bed up until Monday. He called his manager who basically said too bad. My 87 year old mother-in-law cant even sit in her living room for being reminded that her husband of 63 years died there. THEY DO NOT CARE.

      Horrible customer service in their *********** location. The receptionist **** is awesome but the manager ******* is terrible. Very rude and not willing to help out when my husbands oxygen machine went down. I would like to report her to the regional manager but couldnt find their contact info. We will be switching companies as this is not the first incident weve had with them.

      Apria required all these medical records for me to get a travel CPAP machine. They received all my medical records in February 2022. When I called in the beginning they said it would take a little time. The last call they said my order would be escalated. Now when I call they dont answer or return my call. The answer machine says they will get back in 24 hours. They dont. I would avoid using them if at possible.

      The first representative with whom I spoke was too busy speaking over me to hear what I needed. I actually had to say, "Your keep talking over me. Please STOP!" My order did not include all the supplies I needed, so I called to add an item. The second representative said she'd order it for me and sent me an email with a tracking number. After a week, I tried the tracking number, and it was for the PREVIOUS order. I called a third time and was told that the order was canceled because I was not yet eligible for it under my insurance plan. There was no real reply to my inquiry if there should have been an email to me indicating that the order had been canceled. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
