      Terrible service!!!!! Contract ended 11/14/23 and they still have not released money to my new annuity .05% versus 5.5% have lost over $3500.00 interest while they stonewall! DO NOT invest with them gave them 1 star as no stars will not let me post,!

      Received a letter today from this FRAUD COMPANY. If you are honest and legitimate you would not have to be so sketchy on the phone. I DID NOT ORDER THIS POLICY THAT ALLEGEDLY PURCHASED IN ************************************* INFORMATION THAT I PURCHASED THIS. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THE POLICY IS FOR AND WANTED MY DATE OF BIRTH AND THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY. I TOLD HIM TO TELL ME MY LAST 4 AND HE REFUSED. I WILL BE CONTACTING INSURANCE COMMISSIONER FOR THEIR STATE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A FRAUD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME FOR FORWARD WITHOUT IT.

      Not very customer oriented. I have an ********************** policy through their First Allamerica group. It was bought ib **** from Mass Mutual and has been traded so many times I am not sure who owns on any given day. They require me to mail a check and have no facility to pay online like EVERY OTHER COMPANY IN THE ****** They claim it is for my protection that I send a check. I guess they never heard of check washing. I will keep paying them and just hope my beneficiaries get their money. At this point I have little faith and would highly recommend anyone to find another financial group to do business with.

      I have invested my money with Global Atlantic Financial Group for 5 year. Finally I requested my invested money to be electronic transfer to my checking account. They sent me application forms and requested a void check included. I did everything they asked me to do, even called in to confirmed. After that, got called from them 5-6 times to confirmed this and that, even what is my marital status. Don't know what 's the issue, everything was written on the forms. And every conversation they would said "everything is good to go". Still no money on my account. My last called to them, spoke to both the customer representative and her supervisor. They both very rude and hyper attitude. Keep telling money been transfer to my check account. Told them not seen. NO HELP. I rushed to my bank like a nervous rack, Come to found out they transferred my money to the temporary void check account which is not my actual check account. WHAT IS PURPOSE FOR ME TO PUT MY ACTUAL CHECK ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND ROUTE NUMBERS ON THE APPLICATION FORMS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO WHAT I HAVE REQUESTED. OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE WHO WAS PROCESSED THE TRANSFER OF MY MONEY NOT READING THE APPLICATION FORM AT ALL . Sloppy and careless. Not very professional .

      They canceled my check to close my account due to an incorrect date. I corrected the date and am having trouble getting the check reissued due to their inefficiency and poor communication and incompetence. They shoukd get 0 stars.

      Despicable and fraudulent organization. Their only goal is to rip off the customer. Purchased a funeral policy through the Catholic Funeral Plan which was handled by Global Atlantic. The arrangement called for 12 monthly payments followed by a lump sum payoff amount. No reminder messages or mailings were provided to ensure we made the year end payoff. We accidentally missed the payoff date by a couple of months while Global Atlantic continued to take direct monthly payments from our checking account. When we contacted them and explained our intent to make the payoff, their quoted payoff amount was $3800 more than it would have been two months earlier. In essence, after paying a total of $4,968 over the course of the previous year, our balance only reduced by $1,149. Again, TOTAL RIPOFF ARTISTS. Never do business with these crooks!!

      My husband bought a funeral trust from Forethought Life Insurance (under Global) in November 2022. The $82.08 monthly payment was to be charged to his Discover card. November and December went well. In ******* he received a coupon book. I called CS and asked them why. I talked to a supervisor (****) and was told their records were incorrect, but it would be fixed, and all future payments would appear on Discover. In February he received a $246.24 bill. I called again (*********). I was told his payments were missing for ******* and February. (I verified that by checking Discover.) They agreed to charge $164.16 for the missing payments, and charge $82.08 each month starting with March. True to there word they charged $164.16 on March 8, 15, and April 15. I called again and spoke to a supervisor (*********). She escalated a $164.16 refund. I wonder what *** will bring. I urge everyone looking for a funeral trust to avoid this company.

      I WISH I could give them NEGATIVE stars! My dad had an annuity with them. He passed leaving my brother and me as beneficiaries. You would honestly think that my dad was the first client that Global Annuity ever had to pass away. They ONLY requested THEIR form to be filled out and a death certificate sent in together. Did that. Should have been a done deal! NOPE! Heres the excuses we got AFTER being told everything looks great and we will issue a check in **** business days! Keep in mind, we NEVER received any phone calls from them, even though a few of their CS agents were shocked; we only received snail-mail letters and even though my brother and I were sending in the matching paperwork, we NEVER got matching letters as to what the issue was! Here goes (in chronological order-youll see why!). *We need a list of *********************** corporate signatures; *We need your original form to say its going into an inherited (it did-we resent the identical from which began our **** business days again), *the SS# that we have does not match the one on the death certificate (Wait, WHAT?!?!?!? We had already been told multiples times that everything was in order and then one of us would get a letter. My brother is ***** You wouldnt even believe what other hoops he had to go through bc of THAT! Not sure anyone at this company even knew that was a thing! But after ALL of this, heres the best..my stepmom got a letter that half of the amount had been withdrawn (yay! Theres at least MY portion on its way!). Tick-tock, tick-tock: wheres my money? The check for half of MY DADS account was mailed to someone by the name of *****! NO ONE, NO ONE in my family is named *****! After being on the phone with them for over an hour (again) today, I have been assured (again) that everything is in order (again) however THIS TIME they are over-nighting the check. We shall see. You just cant make this stuff up. This company is ridiculous, inept and infuriating.

      My wife had a 403B policy through CommonWealth Annuity who we found out with lots of research and difficulty, is with/under Global Atlantic. My wife retired and was wanting to move the funds from her 403B to an **** She asked for the transfer in October 2022. After many calls and filing numerous forms, she finally got the funds transferred in March 2023 (6 months later). They had her fill out numerous forms which had to be physically signed (not electronically) and mailed as well as notarized. None of the forms had a place for a notary or enough space for one. However, they still required it each time a new form was required. When she asked about the notary, they said it was required even though the forms they were using were out of date and didn't show a required notary. My wife filled out the forms and even called numerous times along with our financial advisor on the phone to find out that they didn't like something on the form and required them to fill out and notarize another form. This happened at least 5 times during the 6 months. There is no way that it should ever *********** months to transfer someone's funds from one account to another.

      I had an application for a fixed annuity with Global Atlantic Financial Group since 12/13/2022 but no way to contact this company or receive any responses from the company. Each time I call their customer service telephone , it put me on hold for hours without answering. After reading the company's reviews, I have second thought about investing on this company. If I could not contact this company for help before giving them my money, I cannot imagine what would happen after they have my money and cannot contact them. Not a reliable company with no customer services.**
