      Found out I did not agree to this that two of my policies renew in six months, the other two yearly, I have never been aware or made anyone aware to me of the two within six months why would a person do that? Ive only had two insurance companies in my life that I insured my vehicles with it goes clear back to my father and mother and I am 70 my whole family belongs, now Im finding out that Im not getting the information that I thought was correct when calling the agent they transfer saying he is with someone waited two hours no call from his office or him only to call back and ask why this is happening to be told. Ill have to do some research on this . It may take me a while I said ** leaving for work. When will you call? Well I dont know its gonna take me a while to do research. Is there a corporate number for me to call? I asked no they wont know anything. Its a call center so I say goodbye , the person that I spoke with didnt even say goodbye didnt verify my number or who they were even talking to so disappointed when I was with ALLSTATE nobody treated us like that but the whole family switched to Farm Bureau. The first agent was there for years and years never had a problem now this is whats going on. My agent isnt available hes traveling he didnt contact his office and say hey by the way you need to contact this customer heck no he didnt. Im going to do something about this. They should not be doing this, but I wanted others to know.

      Someone hit my car from behind , cut and dry police report , the agent has been unwilling to help at all im going on day 4 with no car this is a nightmare

      I pay my bill every month on the due date electronically through my credit union account. It has always posted the next day for years. Suddenly the past 2 months they have not been posting my payment until 3-4 days later causing a late payment fee. This is an unacceptable practice!

      Im the father of a son whose car was deemed totaled by Farm Bureau adjusters. The driver (insured by Farm Bureau) was 100% at fault. Its been 7+ weeks and the claim hasnt been fully paid. ****** has made promise after promise of completing the payment of the claim without any action. Very disappointed in the service from them.

      Would give negative stars if I could. Not sure if it was due to agent error or IFB themselves but they are just scammers looking to charge you every month even when they say they will only charge you once a year. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT GO THROUGH INDIANA FARM BUREAU UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY TO THIS GREEDY PLACE

      Seems the going this with this company is bad customer service. My car was deemed total on 6/24/23. The first agent to call be had terrible phone manners her name was ******. She was more worried about her storm claims she had going on then my accident. Got a new agent things seemed ok. Until they issued the pay of check to the WRONG company!!! Its now been three weeks since this happened. They are waiting for the check to come back from that wrong company to issue it to the right company. LOL I cant even make this up. Agents never call me back until I call the main desk and throw a fit. I was behind two car payments and late fees because of this I just sent ahead and paid for it a car I cant even drive!

      Horrible customer service!I went to the office to get business insurance, the agent collected information.He said give me a couple days i will call you with a quote He never did But thanks to him I'm not stock whith this company I should look at the reviews before i step inside their office

      For YEARS I will have to pay for a gap in insurance solely because their office woman messed up my payments and I was never alerted. I tried to get help with the issue to backdate the coverage, but all I received was people trying to poke holes in what happened. I went into the office and paid my monthly premium. The office woman applied the payment as only a partial payment to my 6 month total premium instead of the monthly payment, so my coverage expired. It never showed ANY issues online until after the coverage canceled. I still make payments on my car also, so I'm having to deal with my bank as well as an increased premium because of their carelessness. They shouldn't even be in business. I paid for coverage and didn't receive it. Now I will be paying for my mistake in insurances companies for YEARS.

      I was never happy with Indiana Farm Bureau. They deny your claims or give you little to nothing. Our neighborhood had a horrible disaster. Everyone on our block got assistance from their insurance company with the damage to their roof. Our claim was denied. The guy didn't go up on our roof to inspect the damage. What's with the yearly $32.50? I am so happy to leave them after many years of being dissatisfied. I couldn't take it anymore. They will take your money. They do not have their customers' best interest at heart.
