      Slightly disappointed in the company. I planned on never having to make a claim but I had to after the last storm we had. It caused damages to the roof, gutters, downspouts, my exterior light ************ backporch railing as well as completely flooded out my basement. I also have a multiple large tree limps from my neighbors home two doors down at my house as well as parts of my tree. I am fully aware my deductible is 2500$ which is not the issue, the issue was when the claims guy came by and gave me his expected cost of repairs, it was a total of 3300$. My gutters alone need completely replaced, I have super long gutters (150 ft a piece) and every company I've gone through has told me it's going to cost me 3000$ alone for the gutters and downspouts. I am coming out of pocket way above 2500$ and the almost 800$ they're trying to send me isn't nothing compared to the damages that needs fixed. I am not sure I'm even going to be able to fix the other damages the storm has caused. I just find it ridiculous that I'm going to have to apply for loans after loans to try to get the rest of the money to fix these damages when I thought that's what my homeowners insurance was for.

      Very shady! I deal with property Claims on regular basis. This particular claims rep who work for the company deals with the property damages property damages. Hes only on his second year with the company . Recently I have came across several claims where he depreciates a 20 year roof as a four or five year old roof so theyre able to keep the depreciation from the policyholder. Those who are with this company. If you make a claim, please please look out for these dishonest. It has been brought to the attention of who he says is his boss, and his response was oh well. If you have coverage with this company, please just be aware look out for these types of things and contact an attorney or investigator and turn it in to the department of insurance. Its the only way to avoid insurance fraud from happening from the insurance company themselves.

      Horrible company to deal with. Applied for insurance through them January 1st and STILL no insurance on May 1st. I have had my daughters medical records faxed and mailed 6 times and each time they say they have everything they need and each time 2 weeks later they are missing something. I have been told underwriting doesn't even have phones, what a joke. This company has MANY 1 star reviews for a very good reason. If you can avoid them, trust me you'll want to! If you can not avoid them then good luck dealing with this highly unorganized scam of a company.

      We had four homes damaged in hail and wind storms with two months .Each house was a nightmare to get adjusted . My residence was hail damaged , houses up an down our street got their roofs replaced. IFB said ours was damagyby foot traffic. My husband an I are in our late 70s yep thats what we do for fun is run around on the roof!!!!! We even had weather reports an radar maps placing our home smack dab in the middle! Our claim was denied!!!!! YOU BETTER PASS THIS INSURANCE UP AND KEEP KNOCKING ON WOOD!!!!Plus they are way more expensive than any other COMPANY!!!!!!!

      Our agent left, kinda curious as to why, after that our stuff was a complete mess, constantly messing up our policy, too many people, couldnt even give us another agent to make sure only one person was dealing with our policy! Poor communication, got new insurance immediately after months of disturbing customer service- when customers call in every month to pay the bill person is telling them how much they owe just to have them completely s**** it all up!

      So far, a great company as long as they are trying to sell you insurance or life insurance BUT this is the worst company if you ever need them. We had a fire in a commercial building where 6 tenants are essentially homeless and 2 businesses are out of business and in 30 days, NOTHING has happened, no payments disbursed, no help paying for cleanup, no help getting power turned back on, no dumpster expense has been recouped, they haven't contacted me once unless I call or email them first. It's been a month and *********************, the Insurance adjuster, can only tell me to be patient and wait on the third party adjuster's report. These are facts, no opinions have been stated.

      *******, IN number for agent calls ME. 12/09/22 11:07 am. My agent cant take my payment? (YOU call ME for payment, you cant take it.?)Several minutes later, ****** in ***********. Again, YOU GUYS called ME. Im working. After 2 botched attempts, ****** says to me, its not working. Making your card has a limitHand to God.I cried, freaked out. **** up, called my bank, CLOCKED OUT, finally, and my agent texts me a LIE: ****** told you the machines were down.****** LIED. Listen to the phone call!! *** CALLED ME 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND TOLD ME I WAS POOR. ****** was dreadful. I didnt demand she be fired, but what kind of reaction is this? Im having this written on my tombstone. My agent broke my heart yesterday, & she is complicit to evil ******* dismissive ways. After my payment, we are DONE FOREVER

      This company is a complete nightmare from start to finish of a claim, the only thing they are concerned with is taking advantage of the consumer. I had a tree fall on my car, **** of damage on a car valued at 10k and insisted on fixing it, the problem is they did not repair everything and the car is making a horrible noise, he told me essentially take it or leave it, **** is his name from the adjuster team. Again Id pay an extra 100 a month not to be with a company this poorly tiny.
