    This company! They keep saying disbursement is on the way but it never arrives! Then I call, email and have to start all over with them and again they say the same thing....It will be 3-5 days. They keep stalling and nothing ever happens! What is their problem? This is NOT their money!

    Throughout the past month I have been sending emails to my sales person, the call center, and help service to close my life insurance policy through a Full Cash Surrender. I've been told multiple times that this process takes 10 business days before a check will be in the mail. It has been well over 10 business days. I have not received a single call or email confirming that this is being processed. Think more long term than I did before working with One America. If you ever need to close an account after opening, I hope you have a better customer experience than me. I will not recommend One America to anyone I know due to the horrible service I've received.

    I would give them ZERO stars if I could!! $4,000 was stolen from my account and no one at this company has been willing to help me figure out where my funds went!! I have spoken with the bank and I have CONCRETE PROOF that I NEVER requested any deposits nor received them!! I keep being promised call backs with more information but no call back has been given. They have been giving me the run around for three weeks with no resolve and today when called, they refused to give me any information about my account! Im a victim of theft but assistance was refused to be given to me because my account is under investigation. I was told to contact an employer that I havent worked for since June of 2022! Worst customer service and business practices that I have ever seen. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!

    Horrific! I passed their 40 minute interview & then they called & wanted to come to my home to ask a few more memory questions. They keep adding on to what is supposed to be sufficient over the phone. Apparently I remembered too much for them to accept me. The underwriters are ridiculous!

    From supervisors down, this company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Compared to most in this category, they do not. Even the supervisor sounded incompetent.

    When my financial advisor was no longer in the picture at this company I decided to move my money to another company. They made the procedure beyond difficult! Aside from the paperwork I submitted which should have been sufficient they required their own forms as well, these were submitted within a couple of days by priority mail since you cant just email them. After that I still had to call again to find out when they would release my funds. They delayed and made it difficult as possible probably in the hopes Id give up and just leave my money there to earn barely anything! I would not recommend this company to anyone! ****** C

    The work Financial Company ever. I had OneAmerican through my Employer. When I did a rollover to another Financial Institution they misplaced my money. I was and am currently disappointed with this company. The representatives have limited access to the processing companies to do research for lost or stolen checks. The also you are not allowed a wire transfer on your money. This is the worst financial company ever. They need to be shut down. There is a lack of communication for one department to the next. Horrible! I would rate a 0. But I have to give one star because they finally answered to phone after 20 min hold time.
