      It's turned into a scam .. making you pay to have it picked up to deliver. I was told go ahead and post a review. Taking mo ey away from disabled on fixed incomes. ************ . They got me. It sits on one's desk for 6 days now 2nd time because it won't work. But. Never was able to use it and still have to pay.i guess I sit another 2 yrs in bed, hi bed sores I know you'll visit.

      Hi I am disabled user manual wheelchair for 20 years first time I use this company rehab medical they are interested people dont do the job close the keys without fixing a chair I mean its unbelievable Ive been my champion broke down for three months hes got up only three wheels left supposed to be four ***** got arrested and came out and Wheelchair is not older than six months old brand new chair from rehab medical and is quickie wheelchair and its not cheap these people having the issue talking over the phone with attitude problem and my chair is still havent fixed after talking to them over and over again insurance being approved for the parts and they still taking their tires do not trust these people at all whatever theyre telling you in their website theyre lying to you thank you very much

      I ordered a power wheelchair, which was my only wheelchair and they seemed to have trouble getting their staff organized to come out and give me the details. I ordered my Wheelchair, and it was delivered after about three weeks. After I got the wheelchair, it began shutting down in the middle of the sidewalk. It wouldnt go forward or back. I called them for help and over the next eight months, yes, thats eight months. My 83 year old father had to push me home more than once. I waited for my wheelchair to be fixed. I called corporate. I called my local Rehab Medical And I called and called and it still seemed like no one cared that I had no Wheelchair. My dad went and bought me a scooter to get around while we were waiting for this $20,000 wheelchair to be fixed. Probably the worst run company I have ever dealt with.

      There does not to be any sense of urgency in getting the wheelchairs they sell repaired. They cannot order correct parts on the first try. When I get the parts, they cannot install them because they do not have the needed ********'s funny that their website has these happy people saying how great rehab medical is, yet there is no place on their website for feedback. This raises the question in my mind: Where do these people come from? Are they actual customers or hired actors?I got the avid velocity wheelchair, which isn't the best. Rehab Medical also sells the Pride Mobility Jazzy wheelchair, which, I hear, is backed by a more reliable manufacturer.I would say customer service is poor, but so far, I haven't even received action just lip service. They talk a good game, anyway.. If you do business with them get the Jazzy not the Avid. The Avid is junk.

      Rehab directors thank you all for providing top of the line equipments Chazmond ***** thank you for being a hard working young man and I want the world to know Chazmond is one of the best representatives technician I ever worked with he was dress for success he was nice of manners please acknowledge him for the awesome not wow experience he presented!       They told me they could get me a wheelchair. My doctor provided all the necessary documents now they tell me I need a PT. They shouldve told me that to begin with. Still no chair. This is the worst company *** ever seen.

      Worst customer service ever. Have been waiting for 2 months to get my son's wheelchair repaired they sent the part but have set up 3 appointments and not only did not show up but only found out I fell out of the que or they were not coming to **** today because I called them. When I called the day before they were coming but nope said they were not coming to **** today and set up another appointment for later in the week.

      I agree 100% with what **** T said!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Spent thousands of dollars on a new chair and it quit working in less than 3 months. Their service department is horrible. Both times they worked on it quit again within an hour. Do not buy anything from this company.

      Rehab Medical is one of the slowest companies in existence. We bought our chair from three 6 months ago and my family and are still suffering at the hands of their toxic incompetent. Can they even catch up?
