      I am a contract worker that took on a cleaning assignment at the ******************,** location. It is now February of 2023 and I have still not been paid from the months of September and October of 2022! I have reached out to the accounts payable department for months and have yet to get a response or payment. This is beyond ridiculous!

      I will say that I was shocked to have received a response back the following Monday. The issue was resolved and handled over the phone. I removed my payment that Friday. No one was able to see why my emails were going to another place, but again it was resolved and the rep was very pleasant.

      Rehab medical has caused me to wait 4 months without getting my electric wheelchair fixed because of communication issues, and instead of following up on it on a regular basis to help expedite the situation I wound up having to make the phone calls to ******** and rehab medical as well as my doctor's ****** and ******** to keep the ball rolling, which added up to 4 months of waiting. On top of that they took it upon theirs elves to ship the parts to my house instead of to their company so that they can inspect the parts to make sure that they're right so there wouldn't be any more delays before sending their technician out to my house here in ********* ******* to fix it. 4 months is too long to be without a person's power chair!!! Not to mention, shipping the parts to their house, and without a Tracking number for me to know when it will arrive! (On top of that most of them were rude and not at all as their ad reads.)

      I have been communicating with this horrible company to simply get my brothers legs back aka his power wheelchair. It is going on 3 months that my brother has been without his chair due to the negligence and lying on behalf of this company. My brother was promised a call back by ******************* today in compliance and it still has not happened. After a week and promises by the ********************* that wheelchair parts would be delivered by *****, I then find out today that the joystick to my brothers wheelchair is in fact on back order. This company talks in circles, makes promises that are false, discriminates against the disabled and violates civil rights!

      This wheelchair has never worked properly. They stalled on working on it for over a year and now, since the patient is on Medicade, they refuse to even work on it. I've called for more months asking to just donate it and they can't even come get it! The worst place to do business ever!

      Horrible! Non Call Back , Non text, Non Email. For Disabled Seniors the power chair is our Legs!

      I don't even know where to begin. Purchasing the wheelchair was an ordeal but it was at the height of the pandemic so I made allowances. My father has been waiting for a replacement part to his wheelchair for 8 WEEKS. The part and the installation charge has long since hit my charge card. The "repairs department" was supposed to contact me when the part came in. When weeks went by and I heard nothing, I called. This was the first of 6-8 phone calls in which I was told that "someone would get back to me." No one has EVER ever TRIED to contact me! So I called AGAIN today and AGAIN got the overflow answering service. This time I lucked out and the answering service gave me 3 other phone numbers to try. I called and it appears that the part HAS BEEN delivered with NO notice to me to the INCORRECT address!!! Are you kidding me? They sent the part to the temporary facility that my dad was in 1 YEAR AGO after surgery. If you have an option, DO NOT use this company. You may get your product, but the follow up when repairs are needed is BEYOND awful.
