  The process went really fast, no dragging their feet! They answered every question I had and made the process very pleasant! Would recommend Royal United Mortgage to friend, family and everyone! They really helped me with my personal needs!!!!!

  For such a volatile market, we had a great experience with ******. He communicated everything as it was happening and made sure we were comfortable the entire process. Helped us purchase our first home! Would highly recommend!

  ***** at Royal United Mortgage was great to work with. He seemed smart, honest and worked hard to get us the best options available for our cash out refinance. Closing went smoothly on a Wednesday evening, and we had our cash in our account by the following Monday. Our checks that paid of our debit followed a few days later.

  I think Royal United mortgage help me save my house because I was on the adjustable mortgage and they raised my payments I think Royal United mortgage is one of the better mortgage companies

  Faith was absolutely wonderful to work with. Kept us informed thru evey step. She is very knowledgeable and answered any questions my husband and I had. She was always available whenever we needed to talk to her. Absolutely would recommend Faith and Royal United Mortgage ?? Also talked with **** she is very pleasant and available. Would definitely use this company again.

  Royal United was a savior. I needed money for bills in a hurry and they came to the rescue. Not only that they spent time with me and helped me realize the potential I had to make the future even better and get some things fixed up around the house. My advisor was simply the best always there when I had questions. **** always refer this company to anyone needing a mortgage loan!

  My husband was on lending tree to see what options there were to refi our home. He put his ph# in to get a verification code and his phone blew up 20 times a day. Royal United was one of the companies that called daily. He told them he was not ready. One day they passed him off to a loan officer, which was extremely nice, but very pushy. My husband explained again we werent ready. My husband spent his lunch hour for 3 days on the phone w/them. We finally agreed to speak to him at 5pm to see what he had to offer. We filled out a loan app. He gave us 3 options. We needed time to talk about it. He said hed give us til 7pm. We discussed it and told him we liked option 2. He called us back. ******* us through it and requested we pay part of the appraisal fee right then. We felt very rushed into a $143,000 loan. We told him we werent ready to make a decision and ended the call. He called my husband the next day and told him if we didnt make a decision in the next 2 days it would be purged. My husband told him not to call us back. If he didnt hear from us, then we arent going to do it. The next day another man called. He was asking about our experience. My husband explained we felt rushed into something that was a big decision. This man was pushy too and wouldnt take no for an answer. He finally told my husband that we were sadly mistaken if we thought they needed our business and if we didnt decide, then he was denying the application. My husband told him to deny it and hung up. This was a terrible experience. Im so glad we trusted our gut and didnt give this company money. We have since seen a local company and applied for a loan that well pay off in less time and the loan officer was patient and amazing. He said he works for us. Mostly he is allowing us as husband and wife to talk about it. Theres plenty of companies out there. Royal United was sadly mistaken thinking we needed their services. Best decision made was saying no and sticking w/it. ZERO STARS??

  My agent Ms ******** went out of her way to get our loan approved. She kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to help this process go as smooth as possible. The whole team assisted us and, We were approved. We were given 3 different quotes and chose the one most suited for our retirement.
