  Royal united sr ** sales ********************* worst of the worst and keeps you going around asking you for the same thing over and over ! Part of her email : Foundation Inspection: Defects noted on seller's disclosure - Provide an inspection from a qualified, third party structural engineer - on company letterhead, signed and dated. Must be able to locate company by internet search. Engineer must confirm property is structurally sound. Any work recommended or required must be completed with evidence of completion. Provide all invoices and ensure they are disclosed. Lazy too cant call to verify information and she wants an engineer and licensed for fundation repair !

  Greetings to all, This review is simply for informational purposes only. When considering your financial needs please remember that there are many options and opportunities so don't just settle for one solicitation, do your homework it might save you time and money and a lot of stress. My experience was a simple request. I was sent a solicitation from Lending tree to "get a quote", simple right? After answering all there questions and stipulating that all I wanted was a quote as they advertised. I wanted to get a ballpark idea of a loan at current market conditions, so I can make a better informed decision. Anyone with any common sense looks at all the options especially before making a financial decision. Royal United LLC , which apparently is a financial service utilized by Lending tree, felt that because I was not ready to move forward within ***** hours of a quote that they would be doing me a disservice to discuss numbers, given that it's such a vol-ital market. I own three homes in ******* and most of ** are very familiar with the craziness of the current market condition. How could someone like myself move forward even within their 24 hr protocol, if I was not even presented with the available options. Makes absolutely no sense, unless you understand that these type of financial services are only out for one quick thing no matter what they claim. In conclusion, please use caution when considering these type of financial decisions. While market conditions change quickly making a quick and ***** decision might not be in your best interest. Think about that and always consider all your options first. Thank You. F.D.

  I have no ties nor am I looking for a mortgage. These b******* called me 4 times today starting at 6 am. I have contacted my lawyers and we are about to *** this company for harassment. Since your people cant seem to find anything better to do well gladly take money from your operation

  This was the best experience wit a loan company that I have ever had. My agent ***** went out of his way to get my loan approved. The whole team assisted me and, I was approved. Other companies would not work as hard to get me approved. I would recommend Royal United Mortgage.

  THIS COMPANY CALLS ALL TIMES OF DAY OR NIGHT. You tell them you are not interested in their services and they continue to call. I even reply on text to stop calling. THEY ARE A REAL NUISANCE! Extremely rude company refuse to accept "NO" for a answer. They use multiple phone numbers. It must be about **** different pesty callers.

  This was the worst experience I have had. We started the process back in **** was advised by ******************************* that if we decided to not go with them or was not approved we would receive the appraisal fee of ****** back. Through the process they would stay in touch. Well we had appraisal and everything was going OK. We were advised we were approved and was sending to underwriting after 3 days, messages left I reached out to his supervisor ****** who advised were still working on it by this time it is mid July. No phone calls or anything I reached out 1 last time to the local number got *****. He said let me look at this I will call you back. He did and said, I see no reason this did not go through. That he would start working on it. I said ok, well again everything was fine first few days then I get a email and phone call saying not to contact ***** we were not approved. I wanted the appraisal fee back. That afternoon received a phone call from *****. I asked why are you contacting me? I was advised not to contact you it was not approved. He said I'm not sure who you spoke to but it was. That was around the end of July. Nothing was going in the right direction multiple times asking for the same info that I had already given them. It has been so frustrating it is like the left hand does not know what the right had is doing. I would just like the appraisal fee back which is what I was told several times from ****** and ******. I would not recommend this company to no one.

  I was skeptical about doing this. ******************************* of Royal United Mortgage explained the process and showed me how easy it is. All my questions were answered and she was with me every step of the the way.

  I have never had a more frustrating experience in over 30 years of financing/purchasing homes and properties. I've reviewed most of the 1 star reviews on here and I can vouch that I experienced those same issues to some degree. You will be pressured, they do not share the interest rate (a key part of mortgage/re-fi) up front and you have to ask them for it. I don't feel they actively shop for the best rates and they will charge you max ****** of points and, of course, my appraisal was more than advertised for (insert excuse here) some reason. I honestly regret working with this company, they consistently would come back with "just one more thing" which they did about 6-7 times. Each time was a bit more ridiculous than before. They tout they have in house under-writers...not an advantage as the under writer was never satisfied. The experience felt more like I owed them money and never felt like I was the customer. To add color, I was asking for a refi where the payment would actually be less than the current payment that I have faithfully paid for past 20 years; additionally, the home appraised for 3x the loan ******. I have more than ample income and have 2x the loan ****** in liquid assets. The closing costs are ridiculous...******ing to 10-11% of the loan ******! All of this with a 700+ FICO....well, not now, since they crawled all over my credit report. They ask for an alarming ****** of personal and financial information and I can't help but hope and pray they protect that info appropriately and my data doesn't find its way to bad actors. The very thing they initially sold me on, simplification, quick streamlined process has been anything but. Please shop around, I wish I had.
